I found two more Easter eggs. In the Goatshire Tavern, there's a lady called Ariel Waterhouse who wants to see a Mermaid she saw again. This is a reference to The Little Mermaid. I also found six beehives in the same place, there's a quest to wreck five beehives. That is a reference to Skyrim's beehive mission.
