hi im Tea, im 20 years old, and im addicted to USUK owo;;
hey thanks for your overwhelming support on my last upload... i started off my year right by finally getting back on my anti-depressants. as you can see; its working very well LOL.
obviously; this is an homage to all the passion projects i worked on years ago that started my love for animation/animatic/video making. recently-- ive lost touch with the passion that i once had back then, but now im trying to get it back. i hope that old passion shows itself through this new video ♥

long comment here, sorry. My heart was racing with the beat of the music when it picked up. Your way of telling the story and matching it with the song is utterly compelling and draws the viewer in to be captivated and, I think, rightfully achieve the effect you wish. The flashbacks, transitions, and blurs were used to their highest effect that only heightened interest and emotion. (Especially with Alfred growing up around 2.00 with the turn. That was wonderfully done and pretty smooth. It's little things like this that make the entire thing so amazing.) ALSO facial expressions, jesus christ. Those are my favorite in any animation, but you hit the nail on the head with showing the emotion of the characters and, though that, telling the story in a far more deep manner than just surface. You make the characters tangible with their facial expressions and I love it. Like. You've created a masterpiece in many different ways. Another transition around 2.49 with the flag. Unexpected, telling, and once again, smooth. Literally, I live for good transitions and honey you are fantastic. 3.24 too, that was also a really really good animation. The way you show time changing is, once again, really smooth and not confusing, which is hard to do, but you manage it in an compelling manner that's just. SO> GOOD. And also, shortening the images and changing scene as the beat pf the music picks up also conveys tone really well too, and how the mood is changing into something more urgent and serious and deadly. I also like how you put in the detailed scene from the anime too. Those were well-animated and well-timed. and bruh that complete tone change around like 4.08. All the art from there to 4.35 was pretty intricate and beautiful, especially so, just felt like mentioning that. also, like, your proportions and hands are really well-drawn. The color change was well used to at around 5: 27. that just about made my heart drop with the warmer tone to it. Literally tearing up rn. bc HOLY FUCK ITS FROM THE DIFFERENT UNIVERSES. wow. love language will always hold a special place in my heart. I dunno man, you're such a fantastic artist in both animating and story telling, it's hard to wrap one's mind around it. All the details, little things you put effort into, it's really inspiring. You make beautiful pieces of art and I adore them. Thank you.

(please bare with me i usually don't comment on videos) I remember how infatuated I was with your work back in middle school. Your art and your animatics made me fall deeper in love with USUK back then and deeply encouraged me to continue drawing them and creating things based off that ship. Sadly, I have fallen away from Hetalia over the years and gotten into other things, not even really liking the series anymore. However, I still continued to watch your videos and was still subscribed to you even though my interests had changed. When I saw that you uploaded this, I just had to watch this. Nice Animatic, I can imagine the colour and the fluid animation...the story is so bittersweet, I don’t know how England does it- a lonely child sees a vision of his future and the love of his life, it takes him centuries, and when he meets him, he’s smiles (possibly awkwardly) that his love is a sweet boy...until he becomes a rebellious free spirited young man that broke his heart, and yet he clings to that love even though it hurts, but one February day, his feelings are returned after so much hardship and pain! It may take someone a lifetime to find the one, but we don’t have the time like England...just wow...

I love your way of story telling, it flows all together and you could tell how much effort was put into not just the transitions, but also whole thing. The way the story goes from a cute little meeting between Alfred and Arthur, and then slowly fades into a more dramatic future between them; but in the end it all works out. I can't even tell you how much I truly appreciate this. Oh! and the ending scenes from your previous USUK works, that was my favorite part! It made me tear up honestly. It makes me think of us starting this new year. A lot of bad things have happened in these past two years, but I have hope for this new year. I want to tell you how much this means to me, as an old fan who isn't into fandom stuff anymore. When I first got into Hetalia, I fell in love with USUK. Absolutely in love. And as my time in the fandom grew, I found myself loving the omegaverse AUs and historical AUs and things of the sort. I remember seeing some of Rocket's old Cardverse doujins and at that point in my life Hetalia meant like everything to me. As time went on, I faded out of my love for the show. Recently though, Hetalia has been on my mind, particularly USUK and all the fun, cutesy, heartwarming and heartbreaking stuff the community used to draw and write them doing. When I went back on Tumblr to see any new art from some of my old favorite artists, I was suprised to see many who had once been so active and so talkative with eachother and having fun with the characters now faded away to other fandoms and/or personal projects. The nostalgia is bittersweet, knowing that people who were once obsessed are now doing their own things, and the community isn't the same as how it was all those 4 years ago when I had left it. Seeing this just made me so happy to know there are still wonderful artists out there producing for the fandom, especially for this couple, and it brought back a lot of memories of my obession with omegaverse and the college AUs and George DeVailer and Butterfish and all those great fics and artists like Rockets who have pretty much gone down in Hetalia infamy. This was wonderful. Thank you for doing justice for my boys and helping the nostalgia not feel as bitter as much as sweet.

Usually when you watch something over and over again the effect dims. The tears dry, the punch in the feels numbs but not with this.
