Honestly this would be an amazing set I recently got the classic k9 figure on its own on eBay fro roughly £20 which was quite good considering how expensive the classic k9 figure is on the second hand market

That was partly my thinking behind this, new variants along with some older ones all in one set!

Theoretically would it be too much for them to add in a Luke figure when that would be the only new figure they had to make?

It would require new tooling for fairly limited usage so it's unlikely, although they could possible repurpose a Primeval Connor body to make him, but also Sarah Jane whilst a re-release would be both more popular and cheaper, and they could easily do a newer variant of her such as the the black waistcoat with blue/green/pink shirt as it would just be a repaint of an existing figure of her.

This is one of the better April Fools gags I’ve seen today… and, honestly, I would be interested to see an official version of this set; they won’t do it, due to rights issues, but I would love to see an Australian K.9 figure as part of a set like this, perhaps they could pull a ‘Jungle of Mechanus’ and have the original design as seen at the start of the show? I digress, well done on the video.

The last thing I wish is to be insensitive, but it is April Fools day, it's not unsuspected that there will be pranks and jokes made today, I've already fallen for a couple myself this morning haha I think everyone needs to have a degree of vigilance and common sense today and just take a moment to think before jumping to a conclusion.

With all due respect I think you're overacting to this, as I said it's April fools day and these sort of things should be expected, especially on my channel where I've made many April Fools uploads over the years. As soon as someone clicks on the video it's very clear it's not real, but if people decide it's real before clicking on the video to check that's not really on me...again it's April Fools Day, it's not unexpected. I've already prepared a corrected thumbnail and plan to change that and the title at the end of the day but it's all just meant in harmless fun, and putting April Fools, in the title would entirely defeat the point of it. I respect your desire not to participant in April Fools Day and/or your general dislike of it, but I think it's a little unfair to expect everyone to do the same, and to chastise others for taking part in a little harmless joking.
