For more information on the build archetype check out my scion from last league. TLDR scion can scale higher with giga gear & has option for mageblood in super late game where as inquisitor gets damage a lot easier but won't scale as high in terms of ES. I was going to min-max this build further but got a little sad about bug with adorned so I decided I'd rather make some more builds then stall and wait for them to bugfix the jewel.

Damn! this vid is really educating! I am playing your cyclone+firestome coc energy blade and at first glance and experience, i thought this build is quite painful to play in early game without proper items, although you mentioned this disadvantage point in your pob, but sadly I'm korean so I missed that info. Haha anyway, now that I have some unique which is essential to this build at mininum level, I became suddenly powerful and tanky and I am slaying 16t map + league content without difficulty, and this is pretty satisfying. The funny thing is, there are so many things left in my character to make it resemble to your build like over 12000+ eneryshield and gear. So many things to do left! I'm quite excited and I feel motivated to play game. Thank you so much for introduction of your build.

i always want to play a variety of classes to try out new stuff also cant make my own build cuz im incompetent and dont know how to build optimally on the skill tree and scale, but this build is teaching me so much. I also love that you can just use virtually any spell at your disposal. still only at 4k ER with energy blade on at lvl 82, but at this point the experience is pretty smooth early into the atlas

What are you thoughts on using a corrupted ele weakness on hit and getting the charm that gives you cursed enemies have a 10% chance to explode? I love the brand, but the clear is meh.

Since you appear to be using blood magic, like the stormbrand build, when do you pivot off of res efficiency from Warlock of the Mists? I feel like 50% life efficiency is nice, but since we already have a bunch it may not be worth it for very long? I kinda figured we'd have some serious aura stacking potential especially with the spectres. Idk I'm still on storm brand of indecision (it's pretty fun but could use a lot more aoe for clear) about to do the blood magic pivot so I'm pretty far behind. Sanctums have not been as profitable because of the server issues, losing half your resolve to lag when your nominal ping is like 10 sucks.

Check his league starter vid from a few days ago, really good start, as far as skills, there are a ton that feel good, firestorm is ok, eye of winter feels decent, bladefall, etc, the nice thing is once u have ok gear, you can just slot in a lvl 1 gem and see how it feels.

Doing a version of this kinda on Chieftain for the Hinekora explosions. Instead of scaling energy blade, I decided to focus on being as tanky as I can be, since the Hinekora pops pretty much oneshot anything they pop I don’t need insane damage. I was highly inspired by this build and your lifestacker build. I’m pretty new to the game but this league has been insane. Never thought I could get above 10k ES let alone 24k xD

Hi, i've been following your build and I am currently at lvl 90. Is it normal that the build has really low armour? mine is around 4k+ total and I die alot specially with the porcupine goliath mobs when they die and explode to spikes.

So does this work with Soulrend of Reaping? (Massive damage+scaling and energy shield leech) Really want a soulrend build but nobosy is making one :( Pobb is kinda confusing but its probably a me issue since there are no gems setup for a famage skill which i assume you just left fully empty to allow people to make their own, but just having spell blade support with placeholder gems would be more clear if thats the proper usage (i cant open in path of building atm ao maybe everything works properly in there) Edit: i think i understand it a bit better and if so yeah Soulrend of Reaping may actually be legit. With 400% effectiveness of added damage its gonna be ludicrious. Starting console league start soon as WoC ele but this will be my goal build :)

Actually old bane now has 20% inc curse effect on quality, so basically - its 95% curse effect overall if you have no curse effect elsewhere and has more aoe. I would go with QoL over 7% more damage at this point.

​@No_OneV to cap res you need: Bismuth flask with 20%quality and high roll res suffix (35%+) Brutal restraint of balbala for Traitor 1 decent res mod of cold and lightning on gear (like 25%+). That, along with the passive tree, caps your res as long as you remember to press your flask and enchant it with "reused at the end of this flask's effect". Traitor will keep it near permanently up if you're sitting in HO, so in combat you're fine. Also have Coruscating Elixer with 20% quality for fire res. The other replier likely imported and didn't turn on flasks. They're permanently up in combat from traitor + enchant.

There are no defenses other than ES scaling. You can’t face tank but damage is certainly high enough to shred UUE.

I'm sill on the CoC version and it's amazing as well. Arc of Oscillating has much better clear than firestorm but similar single target. And when you have twinned or a map with multiple bosses it's just that much better simply because it's arc (and the split off property of oscillating can go straight back to the first target I'm pretty sure).

@@valjohnson7112 the recovery could use some help, but it doesn't fall over in one hit as long as you just skip the wildwood (but most builds are doing that anyways). Using frostblink and just holding the key down when in a large group like expedition helps to not be where the boosters are attacking. It also tends to start killing stuff that's farther away thanks to arc. It's sort of a "kill them first" build, and if you aren't careful with rolling your maps you'll end up needing most of the 6 portals. I've gotten into a pretty comfy strat of expedition, blight, heist caches, and harvest. Edit: forgot to mention, I'm doing fine damage in low red maps on a five link, that's how good Arc of Oscillating is. I'm planning to try out a couple other transfigured gems, but I don't expect them to be better.

Maybe i'm not understanding the zealots oath/eternal youth interaction but is this supposed to end up with low ES recharge outside of leech? Never played a build this stacked on ES that felt completely terrifying to run through spikes in lab

so the idea behind the es recharge on life and the regen on es, is that you're casting stuff through your life, if you're perma recharging life you'll never run out of life meanwhile es needs some form of sustain so regen is a good way to go about it, any regen works on es so it's great for sustain

The league mechanic isn't rewarding, in what universe is that ? It is a massive multiplier on loot in maps, blue + yellow shots out Currency like there is no tomorrow. But love the build playing the CoC version, flows like butter throw maps

you need some hp regen since you're casting using HP

ZO makes regen affect energy shield, and EY makes energy shield recharge affect life. So getting both makes them swap places. Note that ES recharge is not the same as ES regen
