Ok…. Been a fan since Sunday Manoa… I have watched this and was lucky enough to see them play quite a few times…. This made my eyes leak a bit, the joy they conveyed overwhelmed me to, what seems, a simpler time… no can beat🎶❤️🎶❤️🎶🤙🎶🤙🎶

Ditto for me Mike. I grew up spending summer vacations with my family on Maui and mostly the North Shore where my Dad's high school friend lived with his family. He had graduated high school, left for Hawaii to spend the summer surfing and never looked back. He married Jerri, the sister of the Cazimero brothers. One night we visited Jerrii's parents at their family homestead. I was 9 years old at the time. On the way there, my Dad told me I was in for a rare treat. I was to meeti one of the handful of 100% hawaiian natives still alive,, their mother. And it was such a treat and even at that age I recognized the significance of this. Such a beautiful woman with such poise. and grace. My dad prodded Jerri to do the hula and I saw the most beautifully danced hula I have EVER seen. There's the hula, and then there's Jerri's hula. She was the Prima Donna of the hula ,without a doubt. I saw the Cazamero Brothers perform many many times and their voices still always get me deep down

So special. How did she ever dance on that small piece of the stage given her - a ledge really? The spotlight casting her hand movements on the background is magic. Mahalo for this sharing of supreme talent, aloha, and manaʻo.

Lived on Oahu as a kid and my Dad would listen to Brothers Caz on the radio. Loved the way the DJ said it too! So cool.

The year before we moved to the Big Island. My daughter was born that year. She is 40 now. We lived in Waimea and year they would perform at the Parker Theater. I also saw them at the Royal Hawaiian.

I hope this becomes a steady release of classic Caz videos! I’m hoping MAC has the K5 video of them doing a Christmas concert with the symphony around 1997? I had a VHS tape of it that got ruined in a flood unfortunately. It was an awesome concert!!!
