Even 'small' shorebreak can seriously buckle you, with such a huge amount of energy being released in a very small area/time, so to get images like that in BIG shorebreak is a testament to both his photographic skills and the massive dimensions of his nads. I use my GoPro, film the barrel then grab the photo from the film, it's not as professional but u can get some good shots!!!
