There's a way bigger story here. This was a total disaster from a totally inept and in-over-his-head promoter who cost bands, production staff, and fans a lot of money and headaches. The headliners on this festival would typically play to fans of thousands, but instead played to a few hundred?

Can't wait for the class action on this one. The terms of the ticket purchase, even if they were non-refundable, can be invalidated if what's stated on the ticket is not delivered - or if undue changes/inconveniences occur (for example a venue move of an hour, last minute updates, Saturday being cut short on site & Sunday not being delivered at all)
