Many people that buy these luxury vehicles trade them in long before warranty is expired. Only paying for gas, oil changes, brake pads and tires during ownership. Which they can easily afford. They then buy a new model rinse and repeat. Saying only stupid people buy these luxury vehicles is kinda ironic as they generally have large disposable incomes and buy new vehicles every 4-5 years.

I was told by a businessman in Chicago many people lease BMWs. A lot of times, they are a tax write off.
@BobbyDeniroXАй бұрын
Exactly they don't buy them they lease them. The lease label or even compliance cars have had a detrimental effect on cars. I suppose hybrid cars Toyota and Lexus have added something over just petrol but diesel and turbo technology as well as other components used that are fragile has made them poorer quality and that's just the engine side. Then there's the materials, fit, finish, services and residuals. It was great back 30 years ago when they made cars that were made to be high ticket premium items lose a lot of value where it was really hitting the manufacturer and was an upside for the customer. Cars you buy with your own money become a different prospect. Maybe just some Porsches and some Lexus are the only ones worth buying with your own money for their own unique benefits.
