I might need to drive back in the next few months if the DMV ends up taking too long with some paperwork I’m waiting on so I might consider getting wood while there for my ceiling if I do. For showers you can get a small one or two gallon stainless steel bucket to warm by the fire or stove and then pour into a shower bag.

I would recommend building in Oregon. There are a couple makers labs in Eugene. I haven’t searched Portland but I sure there are some there. I was caught in the snow in Mt Shasta. Was surprising because a few days before it was warm T-shirt weather. Lol.

Louie, ever been up on the Trinity River in NorCal? Love it up there, tons of BLM land all over Shasta-Trinity national forest area but it gets way hot in the summer! Spent a ton of time goofing off camping, fishing, adventuring there and then moved to Redding for 4 years before moving here to Idaho. Anyway, thought I would mention the Trinity as hwy 299 runs down to the Klamath to Eureka and close to Oregon border. ☮️ Wheelchairjohn in Idaho 😎
