They also did a 1964 to 1966 Ford Falcon in two halves.

Thank you for sharing your work day...I remember my ex husband used to drive a flatbed truck and pick up crushed cars...take them to Baltimore Maryland...the salvage hard was around Bonniville Pennsylvania...fun times...love watching the sorting..crushing..and loading them on the truck... Thank you❤

A 64 Falcon, I have a 64 Falcon 2 door post car, 42,000 miles on it, I'm part way through a restoration on it, It sat for over 30 years before i got it, I rebuilt the whole fuel system cooling system and brake system then I got almost all of the body work done and got side tracked and haven't been able to get back on it! The car has a perfect original red interior and I got NOS carpet, floor mats and even the tires!

Would you be able to to a special crush? Always wanted to see a car get crushed on its side! And maybe see one get crushed standing up if it was small enough! Cheers! Greetings from the UK

too bad the junkyard dosent sell off more parts before they crush them.. most of thoes care were complete.. .. right down to the tires n licence plates.. in canada the tires are removed and the fluids are drained and the ac is removed and the aluminium engine block is removed and then its crushed
@celicatoyota5346 жыл бұрын
that how that should be done like in canada
@kennethsouthard60426 жыл бұрын
I'm sure that the fluids are drained here as well, otherwise you would have both a toxic waste and workmen's comp hazard waiting to happen. These cars will be trucked from here to a shredder where the steel, aluminum, plastic and rubber will be separated on conveners during the shredding process.

Poor Old Toyota

The blue Toyota's _not_ an '83. I can tell because it has (had) circle headlights, so it's somewhere between '79-'81. '82-'83s had square headlights.

1st car, picked of parts, still looked okay, 2nd car, hidden rust, notice the rear axel or mount just folded means there is rust, 3rd car, ah that would be the ford falcon, yep it dead, rusted and snapped but looks to of been picked of all useful/good parts, 4th car, er truck, is yep a tipical 80's toyota, rusted out as it was made from light metal not used to the usa weather or salting of the roads, lights might be useful to someone serpised they weren't taken out, 5th car, parted out, i really would like the number plates from these cars, seems a shame to leave them on the cars, ??? ah the lost footage from a few vids ago, that or more crushing once camera's battery's were chagred/changed,
