Beautiful home, but several insurmountable problems. The neighbors are TOOOOOOO close meaning your outside space is unusable, either you're going to be too loud or they are. I know this for a fact because I bought a house like this and I sold it 3 months later. I won't get another without a minimum of 2 acres of land.
