What I love about Cara is the fact that she doesnt obsess about her food and lifestyle. There is "stuff" in packaged vegan cheese and she knows, she doesnt like it, so she makes her own. Most other people obsess about ingredient lists and calories and all that nonsense... she doesnt even know what it is she's avoiding. All she knows is: home made is better. Same with the sea vegetables. It's good for you. Who cares what exactly it's good for. If fish eat it and live then humans can thrive on it as well. Keep it simple. Not an ounce of orthorexia in this woman and I really admire her for that

Cara is feminine, strong, healthy, kind, beautiful, and totally inspiring! Both of you ladies inspire me so much! [BTW: Following Markus' advice (back in the summer of 2021) may have saved my life. I had some serious stuff going on! - Markus and Cara really know what they're talking about!] I also thought it was so sweet that Cara offered to "hold someone's hand" for a short time to help them get through a rough patch in life. When I went through menopause at age 52 I did not have hot flashes or night sweats nor took any HRT. I’m 70 now and still none. I always thought since I exercised and was a gluten free vegan it had something to do with it but apparently everyone experiences menopause differently.

Ive seen people in the entertainment industry that dont eat raw or vegan but that definitely look fresh and much younger! Its also always interesting when people say they dont want to look like 30 and then dress and wear their hair like they are still in high school...lol! So at this point not sure what the secret to healthy diet for humans is for long term health.. I think definitely should have lots of raw foods. I think each person has to pick the best diet for their health and vitality and maybe not one size fits all approach. Just my two cents. Great interview though!

Unquestionably gorgeous- both of you. It's hard to truly gauge the impact of "anti-aging" and the reduction of ingested toxins when fillers/cosmetic enhancements are in the mix as it's difficult to truly compare someone aging well at a cellular level based on their skin when you can't actually see it compared to anyone who hasn't had cosmetic enhancements on a non-vegan diet. Working out tones and tightens the body for sure- regardless of plant or meat based diets, so that leaves the face and skin as the indicators. It's just challenging to know the catalyst for anti-aging - not negating all of the other unquestionable health, vibrational and spiritual benefits- if someone having cosmetic work done- that anyone could do- is promoting anti-aging as the benefit of the diet, when it's not apparent after cosmetic enhancements that would improve someone's appearance regardless. Not intended to undermine or devalue her hard work, beauty, integrity or lifestyle in ANY way- Just my thoughts in general. I'm learning lots from everyone and definitely open to learning more but also always faithful to the importance of critical analysis of social proof when considering how I relate to the information presented to determine the relevance of what inspires me in my own life journey.

The night formula includes red clover, which raises estrogen. Glad Cara found something that helped. I found it was the only thing that helped my menopause symptoms but for me it was not enough so I now take a low dose of bio identical estrogen. Don’t suffer ladies, do what you need to. Low estrogen leads to dementia, bone loss and an increased risk of CVD. Not to mention the skin and hair and body shape changes.

I don’t think fruit sugars age you it isn’t the same as processed sugar. I’ve done juice fasts and felt my best we’ve all done juice fasts and have felt amazing. People actually do juice fasts to appear wrinkle less, it’s because it’s pure and unprocessed carbohydrates, the type your body needs. Just because fruit sugar is another type of carbohydrate it isn’t the same as processed carbohydrates, and another factor is consuming fruits and veggies that have starch like jackfruit or root veggies because starch is a nasty carbohydrate which is a product of hybridization it isn’t alkaline. The key to not aging is hydration. And fruit juice is also H3O2 which is structured molecular water versus H2O. That in no way is going to age you. You’ll appear more age-less. So I highly disagree with Cara.
@aevinstax10 ай бұрын
And who wants to throw out all that fiber! We gotta use the fiber for smoothie protein or even dehydrated crackers!
@aevinstax10 ай бұрын
Edit: what I will say is that the very very sweet fruits which are usually high in fructose like apples and grapes can flood your liver and have your body in a state of overcompensation which leads to aging. That’s why diversity in juicing is good as all other fruits have regular amounts of fructose and glucose. Glucose is high in the glycemic index while fructose is LOW, but large amounts of fructose can be dangerous for the liver. So just be diverse and flexible with what you juice. It’s interesting because I always go for watermelon cucumber and pears, not really much apples and grapes. My intuition leads me to exactly what I need.
@pamtewes527610 ай бұрын
I am always struggling with this fruit juice issue, as I am trying to get healthy. Not only dies Cara say this, but Dr Gregor, Dr Bernard, Jon Kohler, Raw food romance , Eva loves raw.....the list goes on. I don't think there's nothing to it Juicing fruit is like processing fruit, stripping it from how it was grown whole.
@aevinstax10 ай бұрын
@@pamtewes5276 it truly just depends. I consume an alkaline diet, so I don’t consume things like cabbage and carrots and such that have excess sugars and starch because of them being hybrids. Man made fruits and vegetables tend to have deformities such as bigger sizes, lack of seeds or excess sugars and less nutrients that aids the immune system and such, and that’s the problem too. I also listen to my own body and I don’t overdo it with juice. It isn’t necessary to overdo it with anything. But I juice every week and feel amazing and sometimes do juice fasts. I’ve seen several people who eat just watermelon for a whole year, Seeded of course. But there’s many factors that play a role. It depends also on how much fructose that fruit yields because fructose is high in the glycemic index. While glucose isn’t. And some fruits have more fructose than glucose because they’re hybrids or artificial, others have so little and have such amazing anti-inflammatory properties that they even cure cancer. I also don’t listen to doctors, I study alone, gather information from everywhere, follow my intuition and listen to my body. Relying on others knowledge is going in blind. Your higher self has all the knowledge and awareness, you just need to use your discernment.

I have done multiple 40 day raw juice cleanses.. greens but also fruits aswell.. especially watermelons and feel amazing. I did a watermelon only juice cleanse aswell and it healed my vision.. I no longer wear glasses for reading. I think a lot of influencers just repeat information they have heard so I don’t take it as gospel. I studied nutrition and it’s so conflicting so my belief now is if I eat something and it makes me feel great I’ll eat that.. if it makes me not feel good then I won’t eat it again. I saw Markus suggests baking soda with fine, fine, fine (put in a coffee grinder) sea salt, and cinnamon. But.... I have a friend who is a dental hygienist, and she says it's too abrasive. She is not raw or vegan, so I still use it, but I have noticed my teeth are starting to have sensitivity. Not sure what from?? I used to always chew my smoothies too, but Dr Goldner says no need, so I stopped (which was hard to do, lol), hoping it will help with my teeth. And lastly, I wish you would have asked about going to a pool. I know they have one, Tanny Raw loves swimming, and so does Lissa with Raw Food Romance. But isn't the chlorine-based compound bad?? I'd love to know about that. Thanks again. :)

Markus here, yeah stop the sea salt brushing. Also vinegar, fruit and fruit juice dissolves tooth enamel- always swish mouth with water afterwards

@@MarkusRothkranz Thank you. I should have been more clear. I only use baking soda but I did watch your video about the above.
