The word retirement doesn't sit well anymore, I like to call it freedom. I have been free for 10 years, I am turning 60 this year, plant based, look great, feel great. The more live foods you eat the better you feel. I have been watching Cara and Markus for years, beautiful couple wanting to serve humanity is the best way possible. Much love to you all.

If you're doing something you love, you don't want to stop doing it. I call "work" service to others. Most people are service-to-self in what they do because they are just doing it for the money. It's a two-fold problem of materialism plus not enough time. If you are not working long hours, you can do the things you like to do for recreation and also create a schedule that works for you. 👍

Hi, thanks for your comment, I was referring to the matrix and retirement. Getting out of the matrix is freedom period. There's no other way to look at it. I wish it for all humans. Have an awesome day!@@lemurianchick

@@dianemorgan600 You said "I have been free for 10 years" and that implied that before then you felt trapped. When people retire after doing a job they dislike, it can feel like freedom to be rid of it but if they are just playing golf ⛳ and not feeling like they're of service, they probably won't feel so good after the novelty wears off.

I really like her and the message ❤ but cannot follow with this unnatural mime...i'm so sorry 😢

She may not want to say since the online world can be harsh. She might say in the next interview. However, many stars like --- Jennifer Aniston do a small amount of natural fillers.. Plus use Tretinoin - Retin A. vitamin A & Vitamin C Good moisturizer with hyurilonic acid. Good Sunscreen. Electronic facial masssager daily to increase blood flow. I can't remember the rest of it. The next interview with Cara she probably tells her secrets to good skin so that will be fun to know.

Mh, that is not always the case. When I was at that age nothing was sagging on my face, although I have never been vegan or only raw. I had been a vegetarian at that time for maybe 8 or 10 years. So it is possible that she had done nothing to her face..... But I am wondering, there must have been 3 answering to your comment, but they can not be seen anymore ....

It's everything she does and probably Markus Super Sea Moss, Markus Wild Force Natural Vitamin C, Markus Wild Force Green Formula and Markus Age-Free, The World's Most Powerful Adaptogens. Also, Cara mentions here that she stays away from sugar - sugar ages you quickly, does intermittent fasting, goes to sleep early, limits cooked food, and works out. Cara has posted videos on their channel, The Healthy Life, about her beauty regimen, exercise regimen and supplement regimen. And of course, the fabulous raw food preparation. I'm 66 and still undoing a lot of SAD life damage, including 150+ pounds of weight loss. We'll see how successful I am at following Cara's example in a few years when I'm 70, but I like what I see so far in my skin repair and I recommend Markus products, books and educational videos.

Gillian you did an amazing job in this interview... You always do great work. Your skills are incredibly impressive, asking the right questions and also respecting a persons privacy. It would be difficult at times being in the spotlight. The world has a million opinions of how we each should live.. You can't please everyone. I'm thankful I'm not famous. I couldn't take the online critics. Its much safer behind the keyboard. I hope and pray that the online world would always remember to be kind and compassionate. Its not easy being in the spotlight. Thanks for always being a good example of kindness and integrity.

Fruit sugar is NOT bad for you! So thankful I follow good Russian examples when it comes to fruitarianism. They really show it the way it is. They look amazing, build muscle on fruit only. If you have teeth issues on fruits it is because your body is full of mucus from all the nuts, lentils and tofu you eat. The fruits are just cleansing you, they do not cause it.

Don’t get implants. I thought the same thing after I got them “no problems” but over the years the problems became more apparent. And thinking back, I did have symptoms a few months after getting them, but I didn’t piece it together. All to say, before I got them out, I was so sick, my husband had to get fmla at work, I literally felt like I was dying. Please look into BII (breast implant illness), it’s real. Those toxic bags should be illegal.

I love how generous she is with her wealth of information. I love what Cara said about her Mum not treating her very nicely when she was young and she had no choice but as an adult she does have a choice and wont be around angry people in her life. I'm making my comment at the 50 second mark. "They" did not forget to give us the "owner's manual." It's funny how we try to operate outside of God, ignore certain things and do whatever we want, then complain. It's human nature. God did give us the manual to care for the bodies he created. The Bible. It's all written there... and the instructions are very clear. What isn't there is a detailed specific recipe that every single person must make. Why's that?... because we are all different... I'm guessing... and certain specific foods are not global. However, the guidelines are there. She can read it for herself but here's a little clue. God didn't make high fructose corn syrup. It's good that she figured out what's good for her though. She and Marcus absolutely deserve accolades for their contribution for making many aware and educated about living a plant based lifestyle. They've been on KZbin for ages.

(some are only purple outside and white inside and taste different than the ALL PURPLE potatoes) I too love 3- 5 day SPROUTED LENTILS in jars on the kitchen counter. -- lightly cooked -- then add all my favorite spices and sauces. To improve texture.. Tomatoes, tomato sauces, lemon or vinegar, and acidic foods like oranges etc..have to added LAST -- after the lentils are soft. I like how she adds Tofu to things-- makes me feel fuller longer, very satisfying.

I was at my healthiest when I got my implants and they slowly deteriorated my health, regardless of how well I ate or worked out. I’m a year post explant and just now starting to lose weight and regain my health. They are not worth it! You’re beautiful just as you are! I wish I would have known about red light therapy back then. I would have done that instead after breastfeeding to tighten my skin.

I don’t know about everybody else but I really want to know what people have done to look good naturally I want to know if you’ve lived life in the sun you’ve got some sunspot some wrinkles some stress cannot be repaired through a vegan diet does a vegan diet truly help your skin and anti ageing and we only can know that if the person has aged to a degree and then they stayed completely natural they change their diet without any surgery filler stuff like that and their skin improved. I know some people say yes my skin improved but they don’t really disclose if they have you know done a whole bunch of things even if they done a bunch of chemical peels and things like that we need to know because people on a meat eating diet can have a Bad skin they start to stay out of the sun are you some exercise you know they get some chemical pills and skin staff and they look younger as well so we want to know the difference. I think the biggest way to know is people that have a live life and they haven’t done anything extreme at all and their skin and body have improved I think they’re the best people to interview and show if you legitimately know that they haven’t had any plastic surgery or any major beauty treatments if they’ve had very minimal treatments and they’ve improved body skin mind I think they’re the best example but I think when you don’t really know you just Sought of guessing and she doesn’t look natural to me her cheeks look filled etc or face lift really

So many people during suffering mental illness etc part (very important to know that it’s part but not whole) reason why is because of what they eat. I work in the health field and so many of the patients I see are taking meds that are making them worse especially children. Thank you for caring! I’m literally cleaning out my frig now hahaha.

It is really interesting about the fruit vs greens. So many opions about that within the raw food movement. Personally I want to up my greens intake, but I could not imagine doing a raw food diet without or with very little fruit. At the end of the day I believe that we should never give our power away and stop listening to our own bodies. What works for some, might not work for others. Gillian, have you ever looked into Medical Medium (Anthony Williams) and what he says about fruit and greens?

It's not "fruit VS Greens". It's greens AND fruit. Nobody said anything about no fruit. Cara eats fruit, but not mainly fruit.

@@MarkusRothkranz all I am saying from watching the different interviews on this channel is that there are different opinions about how much fruit and greens you should be eating. I have seen Caras what I eat in a day videos, so I do know she eats some fruit. Compared to me it is very little, but that works for her, and that's great. :-)

@@user-wu1tt6st1wshe also says it’s harmful to juice just fruit or high fruit juices, yet I’ve watched a lot of interviews on this channel where people did prolonged juice feast, and they said that eventually they started doing primarily fruit juices and they felt that they got the most benefits from that. Fruits are the most cleansing, and mono fruit cleanses are so beneficial. In summary her opinion on limiting fruit is confusing considering there’s lot more people saying they do great on high fruit diets, even juiced 😄

Hearing her tell of her experience has me convinced I need to do it. I’m going to shoot for 3 days and then reevaluate if I can go further. Thanks Gillian I’m actually surprised Marcus didn’t poke him self into the picture briefly. Your also right about them being made for each other. So my question to Cara “ How do I get rid of my alligator skin around my neck chest area. At 58 yrs young I have been drinking a lot so I feel I’m hydrated but the skin still looks like the dried up desert. 😏 Much Aloha to you all 🌺💗🙏

It’s extremely important to scale back on juiced fruit- my blood sugar levels were so high, hormones were imbalanced, adrenals were shot from the up/ down, cortisol was extremely high and overall balance was all over the place. The sugars without the fiber really do have the same effect as caffeine on the body. Now I’m more green and veg forward and either add coconut water or 1/2 green apple and 1/2 grapefruit

Amazing interview Gillian! Thank you. I love Cara and Markus! My only question is about the fruit. I’m confused as to why God instructed us in Gen. 1:29 that our food was fruit and herbs. I can’t begin to imagine why he would instruct us to eat something that would make us older, wrinkled and aging faster…..? I don’t think we see primates in their natural environment getting old, wrinkled and decrepit faster than they should and they’re eating fruit all the time. 🤷‍♀️ It just doesn’t make sense why people are so against fruit - the perfect fuel for our bodies? NO disrespect to Cara at all. I loved the interview!! You’re always doing such an amazing job! Thank you so much!
