It is literally THE BEST! I bought one yeeeeears ago when Chris Wark tales about using it in his healing regime. Best purchase! We literally got all the neighbors to get one and my Berkey “snob” children won’t drink water from a friends home if it isn’t water from a Berkey! 😂 The filters last for a good long time as well. I read that since iodine is a gas it evaporates from the salt and there's only a fraction left by the time you're consuming it, so I don't mess around and use iodine/iodide drops. Another great option is kelp flakes, which are way higher in iodine than any other seaweed.

Thanks for that info, I've never seen that but I can tell you from experience it was the only thing that worked for me when the EMF sensitivity was debilitating. This is why nascent iodine is a better form for medicinal purposes: Nascent iodine is a consumable form of iodine, and it contains an electromagnetic charge. It is like the precursor form of iodine which converts into THs. It permits a greater release of energy once consumed. As a result, the human body can recognize and assimilate this form easily.

Please be careful with the liver flushes. Please only do it if your body truly is in resonance. Everybody is different. I did it myself 3 times and it was a horrible experience. It affected me for months after that. I pushed my body. Not good in my case. A friend of mine also did it and it helped her alot. Just don´t do it because everybody does it. Good water is a blessing... And if your are living in a country that has spring water running through its taps...then how Lucky and fortunate to have this gifted to your Life... There are few countries that have this for their population... i was living in a country where tap water was chlorinated due to being disalinated sea water, and then moved to a country that has spring water running from the taps... the difference was instantly obvious to feel and to see.

Iodine is huge! I take supersaturated Potassium Iodide. I actually take high dose. Potassium iodide is fine but if you take something like Lugol's high dose, you're gonna have problems. Can't believe you never heard of iodine being protective against radiation. The first thing they distribute to people in case of a nuclear event is Potassium Iodide.

Hi, it is called New Leaf Wellness. I chose that one specifically because you still get food, it's not 100% fasting and I'm not good with fasting but there are many detox retreats in Thailand, I would do some research on them and find one that resonates with you. :) Hope that helps!
