Yes I agree and I just Love her name. My grandma's nickname and the name I gave my family Mini Jersey milk cow. Sally is a special person and her name fits her so well. I could watch her as much as I binge watch Jemma. She chose a great team❤

Lovely recipe! I used a hand mixer for YEARS and have wanted a Kitchen Aid for more years than I care to say because it ages me, lol. I waited a loooooong time for my KA and am so happy to finally have one, but a good hand mixer absolutely will do the job for you and for a long time I actually preferred the control you have with the hand mixer. I use both now. Thank you for the awesome recipe!

This channel inspired me to start baking and I've always sworn by my hand mixer. It's speedy and compact, less washing up, and I can use it over a bain-marie! It's not ideal for Swiss meringues and Italian meringues, since I have to mix with one hand and add an ingredient with the other, but I've done it and made s'mores brownies and Dane's macarons! I highly recommend hand mixers for beginner bakers like me!

This cupcake's frosting was WAAAAAAAAAY too sweet. wow. It was so sweet, it made the orange zest taste "fake" like an orange extract. You need to rework this frosting.. The sponge was great, as was the caramel (although it was a bit too spicy!)
