I’ve been trying to find this recipe for a few days now bc my mom asked me if I can make that “milk powder cake” again, I made it maybe a year ago the first time. I kept searching milk cake, milk powder cake, dry milk cake, dry milk powder cake, and even dry milk cookies just in case I remembered wrong and they wrrr cookies i instead lol. Then I finally remembered I put it in my desserts playlist and found it. I was confused why it was called caramel milk cake because I completely forgot it even had caramel since I never did that step (my mom doesn’t like caramel). Hahaha. Glad I found it again though. I’m making it right now 😽

Glue. I have braces and when you see her cut into it, you can tell the caramel is sticky.

You can eat it. The caramel is soft, not sticky and chewy. If it was too sticky and hard for braces, all of the caramel would have pulled of the top when she pulled the fork away.
