So everyone is saying they will make it but then there is no response, so I made it. First be ready to stir stir stir, while that cornstarch cook it takes constant kneading it with firm spatula. So you have to put some elbow grease in these. I ended with sore arm. Then the mass has to be rolled in to balls while it is hot. Get ready for some palm burns. If you do it later it will all crumble. And finally the taste. It tastes good. I would advise to put at least 20g of sugar. They are chewy and cling to your mouth at first so for me that part was unpleasant, but then it dissolves and the taste is pleasant. Nothing spectacular practically vanilla pudding.

I do it with 3 ingridients(the turkish way) First step: you get constarch,it should be about half cup and them you pour it into a pan Seceond step:I put half cup or lesser sugar than that (you can put any amount but I preffer to put half cup Third step: get one cup of milk and pour it into the pan (can be any milk) Fourth step: i use a soft spatula to miz everything i leave it for some rime so that the mottom part can cook easily (dont do this u need to keep stiring or you will have lumps) Fifth step: when it rurns into a dough i use the spatula to kneed it so that it can have a mochi like feel and taste better without lumps then i let it cool down and get small parts and roll them up to a circle just like how the person in the video did No problem! This is how you do it the turkish way! Tip:when you add the cocoa powder inside the mixture when it starts boiling it will bi like chocolate truffles! Deffinitely try it,they taste awesome!

❤I just made a 5th part of it. Took me 2 minutes to cook and 3 minutes for the rest. I guess if one takes cold milk out of the refridgerator then it can take a long time. So take out the milk to get it to room temperature. I used rice flower which has the same attributes as starch. It is not very sweet and very neutral taste. So next time I will add orange oil and after the cooking process I will add some jaggery or date sirup to it. It is not at all too hot hot for the hands. It can be easy handled. Feels very good in the hands. I could not stop kneading it. Just out of fun as it feels so good. I am already thinking to fill them with a datepaste mixed with nuts. Adding some orange food color or paint it afterwards to apear them like fruits. ❤ Thank you for showing windy.
