Kurapika is way above them yes, because 1) they lost 2 months doing almost nothing when Wing punished Gon and 2) Wing trained them for maximum growth, not for immediate power. He basically drilled the basics of nen into them but that's it. Kurapika knew he would confront the troupe in September, so his training focused on getting him as powerful as possible in 6 months time. He didn't study the basics as much as Gon and Killua, but in exchange he got to study the advanced applications of nen.
