Just experienced this creaking for the first time. Reassuring (thanks to your video) that it is not as bad as it sounds. Poor wife thought the caravan was about to fall apart! I use the wet & Dry foam pads for polishing my ball, contours better than sheet paper. One can never polish one's balls enough I think. :)

On arrival at the site you should release the friction pads( not required at low speed) to allow easier, noise free manoeuvrability. 👍
