At 5:47 you said it goes to fuel tank but doesn’t it go directly to peacock?

Fuel line would go from fuel tank, through petcock to the carbs, yes

The exploded view of my carbs on my 07 Vulcan 500 LTD looks exactly like yours. I happen to notice that there is suppose to be an o-ring on each of the pilot screws that goes before the washer, then spring is last. Did yours have these o-rings?

Yes, if they are not there you should get them…..that is what seals it up

I believe the washer is only there to keep the spring from damaging or moving the O-ring
