When I first purchased my Genesis I was a little disappointed because it didn’t have wireless Apple CarPlay but then I realized, I usually set my iPhone on a stand so connecting a plug is not a hassle plus it charges my iPhone at the same time (awesome benefit). The wireless features I get without plugging it in are all I really need……I can answer and make calls, play my music, speak to Siri and have her follow all my requests.

Good review. Lexus should be insulted (and rightfully so) for not being in the conversation as a competitor. They let the LS fall down the pit of despair.

The Lexus LS is not selling...and neither is this Genesis G90 and in fact its selling in lower numbers than the Lexus LS I question how Toyota is going to keep the LS around for another generation. A complete redesign in this class has to cost a fortune. Hard to justify when the vehicle is not selling

Great job on the review! Test drove one today. Having a hard time giving up my Lincoln Continental black label in copper with white chalet interior. A few things that I am not a fan of in regards to interior of g90 glacier white interior. They should have done the carpet in darker color like the steering wheel instead of the light carpet also the seat belts should be darker. Would look better with the contrasts and help cleanliness. Just saying. Even though I test drove today I’m curious of the ride in the back with the rear wheel turning feature. Can you feel that? And how does it affect snow travel? And safety? 🤷🏻‍♀️.

This is a proper Sedan Car. Huge fan of burled aluminum. Not a fan of anything plastic which this has far too much of. Love the door thingy absolutely. Still too modest and sporty to put the *"D"* in "Deeee-luxe" but showing the Industry how to move forward in Model Year 2025 absolutely. Verdict: c'mon, Europa no one actually wants a $30,000 US Dollar Motorcycle in the North American market.

That E-supercharged Genesis IS... WOW really good job, Genesis!. 👍🏼👌🏼😉 For the 2025 year model, I would like a little more horsepower/torque!.

Freakin' GORGEOUS car but it's out of MOST of our leagues. The vast majority of Americans will neverrrrrrr be able to afford it.

Infiniti and Lexus are quaking in their shoes and they should be. At only $100,000 dollars US even Ford and GM are quaking in their shoes and they should be nervous. The rear tires wow P245/40/21 💲💲💲💲 🤯🤯🤯🤯 Dexter Lombardo 🧔 🤠 👍

Naw.......no need. The car would be just another unaffordable luxo-boat. It's appeal is that it's NOT as absurdly expensive as a V8 Mercedes, BMW or Audi.

@@greeneyedwarlock882 Clearly, looking at the sales numbers of the G90...its not appealing, since cars like the Mercedes S class are outselling it many times over AND at a much higher price. Luxury buyers..in the United States anyway....dont seem to buy on practicality. The have only sold 517 Genesis G90's in the United States in 2024. Mercedes has sold many times that figure with their S class in the United States in the same timeframe AND at a much higher price So ..its about giving people what they want to spend their money on

@@greeneyedwarlock882 And they have only sold 514 Genesis G90's in the United States year to date...versus selling many times more of Mercedes and BMW sedans that cost far more with V8's So you can agree or disagree with anything you want to...clearly the public doesnt seem that interested in the G90 or they would be selling in higher numbers The sales stats speak volumes...dont they?

I had two Genesis G90s, and every time I downloaded an over the air update, multiple features in my car stopped working. Every single time Genesis offered an over the air update, it ruined, disabled, deleted, or screwed up many features of the car. The last straw was how it absolutely ruined the Lexicon stereo. I gave them $180,000 of my money and got nothing but crap. In addition, my battery died repeatedly, so I had it towed to the dealer a half a dozen times, thus over and over it left me stranded. My entire car (flagship G90) shook every time I drove it on the highway and the dealership didn’t care. It was absolutely awful. I switched to an Audi and couldn’t be happier. I gave Genesis a LOT of my hard earned money - two flagship Genesis vehicles in a row with a V8 - and both were total garbage. It’s such a disappointment because their cars are gorgeous, but they are total junk. STAY AWAY! Read the forums. EVERYONE is having technological and mechanical gremlins.

I'm sorry for the unfortunate incident. However, many Koreans have been on board, but such a problem has never been raised much. I think it's insufficient data to evaluate the reliability of the entire vehicle model.

I would dispute this claim . I am on my second Genesis G90 first one I leased in 2018 then I went back to a Lexus 460 & after a few months I had to go back to the Genesis G90 I still have a 2018’ with 35,000 miles on it they are the finest cars I’ve ever owned and believe me I’ve had every kind of car you could imagine & never a problem with the G-90 . Total Dependability & luxury, the finest car on the road for the money without question.

It doesn’t have the dealer network of Mercedes or Lexus. You have to deal with slimey Hyundai dealers. It is not in the same class as Lexus, not even close. Will lose value by 50% in couple years. Stay away.

will be great off-lease purchases, all manufacturers/dealer networks have struggles/setbacks, and some dealers are better than others, especially these days. self-educated astute purchasers can do well and save a lot if they have the wisdom to overcome badge envy/snobbery. !slimey?! @@meanvecktor1900 This competes with the S500 (starts at $117K) and the 740i (starts at $96K). All the models you listed are much higher priced and much higher performance. Genesis does not have any version of the G90 that competes or pretends to compete with these models.
