Lol if only the owner new who he was bringing his car too…if you’re hoping the paint pops a bit and he gets the scratches out of black piano trims, Sandro’s gonna blow this guys mind with how much he’s actually doing. Light polish and coatings is just basic stuff for the wizard. All hail the wizard in his glorious redemptive light 3 coats of glass protection?? Insane!! Don’t know if manufacturer calls for it or if Sandro was just giving the guy more than he paid for, but incredible! Loved this video. So perfect.

I can't believe I'm seeing this video 🤩, currently as I'm writing this, there's the exact same colour and spec (circuit pack) making its way to the UK with my name on it. Im completely hooked on the detailing scene and can't wait to start all of these processes with the same (mainly Carpro products, with some Gyeon and Bilt Hamber). I see your using the Carpro soft mitt for the ultra soft paint- I've bought the Microfiber Madness Delimitt which has just come out and is the softest mitt known to man. Its getting an Xpel PPF and Carpro CQUARTZ 3.0 UK with a layer of SiC after watching one of your videos testing them a while ago. I'm Properly excited about this video and the result was Jewlled and incredible, 80% on those piano black trims is a top result I'm happy you could manage your own expectations, as I know these trims are a problem, you did very well. This video ment a lot to me so thank you 🙌

@@CarCraftAutoDetailing My bestie has one in black and he is infatuated with it. I reckon another 5 weeks and it'll arrive on the shores of the UK. Some people wanna track day their's, but for me I'll get more pleasure keeping it detailed and crisp- I'll still enjoy it, but since its a one off it'll be treated with absolute respect, I plan to keep this car for as long as possible. Nobody seems to detail the underside* (*from new, theirs is dry icing of older cars) of prestigious car, I'm wondering if their is a niche in the market, with an anti corrosive wax film afterwards? Anyway I'm going off topic. Nice work in this one, I've subscribed and liked as I've watched few now and really like your perspective on detailing, I really like how you say it how it is, some detailers hunt for the glory but you are totally honest in your approach and that's cool 😎. Nice one my man 💪

Hello Sandro, you are a genius, greetings from Argentina, faithful follower, the esscense carpro is the best that exists for super soft paints, since it does not stick and is easily removed and leaves a unique finish. Would this Toyota be the ideal car to apply a good pf? for its soft paint and even more so the piano black parts, greetings Claudio.

Sandro, There’s a saying that “you hit it out of the park.’ Your ball hasn’t even landed yet. I really enjoyed watching this episode. Your production chops are right there with the detailing chops, and that intersection of skill shows just how committed and all-in you are. For anyone new to this channel, subscribe and share. Point your detailing friends this way. Forget about the car in question, and hone-in on the approach taken. If you want to be the true master of anything, you work on anything handed to you, with everything you have at your disposal. Not tools, but experience and vision. Sandro is a lifelong learner and a lifelong worker. His abilities warrant being on a very short list of detailers capable of producing auction-ready work. He deserves all the success that comes his way; these days (swimming in a sea of mediocrity) that says a lot. Thank you Sandro for the entertainment, knowledge-sharing and inspiration. I always try to pay it forward with you in-mind.

No, being a primer polish you should avoid using any cleaners to wipe it prior to coating. I used compressed air to blow of any dust and being that Essence creates a slick low friction finish you can also safely wipe off any light dust without causing any wiping swirls.

I’ve only had minimal experience with CSL and Gtechniq coatings, I’ll give you a link to a video I did on Exo 4. Nothing says you have to use a coating but if you’re curious about them I’d also say give one a go. A good coating that’s applied correctly can last many years show excellent performance and make upkeep easier, but if you’re happy with using a wax and enjoy the process and results there’s also no need to get a coating, it’s just personal choice and preference. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qZ2oeX95frmMm6M

It depends on the coating, some, single layer developed and sone can benefit more from multiple layers. The coating I used is a great single layer coating but two or three layers will last longer.

It’s impossible to get past the front discs on my gr without removing wheel. The tolerance disc to rim is tiny so even smallest wheel wooly doesn’t get thru gap.
