What I was amazed by was that 2 judges on the Ninth Circuit found that Nevada had jurisdiction, and reversed the district court judge. The Supreme Court revered the Ninth Circuit in a unanimous 9-0 decision against finding jurisdiction in Nevada. But what surprised me more was why Fiore and her friend’s attorney didn’t simply recommend refilling in Georgia after the Nevada district court dismissed.
