Imagine buying in at 4 cents?! Jeeeeez. Living in New York has robbed me of the chance of buying Cardano earlier this year. I was planning to buy Cardano at 34 cents back in January but it wasn't legal in my state until it was listed on Coinbase. Wasn't able to buy in until it was at $1.20. This will continue to climb all the way to the market cap of ethereum's which would put cardano at $14. There's no question that cardano's technology is definitely on par with, if not better than ethereum. There is no reason why we should not be at the same market cap or higher. $14 should be attainable before the end of the year. Cardano is not your run of the mill altcoin, it will be the standard going forward for all crypto. It took cardano over 5 years to get to this point, how long do you think it would take any other competitor to produce a better product?

I don't think it will reach ETH market cap at year end but be a healthy #3 below it. 2022 is the deciding year if ADA can reach #2 market cap if ETH 2.0 struggles or not.

I rather see Bitcoin as a standard that, together with gold, could perfectly serve to give the new US digital currency a strong and reliable standard, such as the gold standard last century until 1971. I think we all realize that the days of FIAT money are over and that dollar will soon collapse thus I see Cardano as a strong business platform with a strong currency where almost any transaction of any kind can take place. Cardano has the potential to match or even improve on an Exchange. Then we have challenge Africa, where the Chinese digital currency will also appear next year. If IOHK can solve the interoperability between the increasingly digital world, then the value of ADA and the Cardano platform is in fact invaluable. Hopefully Charles will reach this point and Cardano will make history. In that case I fly to Cuba to buy Charles a box of the best Cuban cigars (My reaction disappears at once so I put it back)

It all depends on how confident you are in calling it near the top of the market. This is extremely difficult to do and ive been wrong twice already. If you get it right, youll make a lot more money selling the top and buying the bottom. From the bull market high to bear market low last time, ADA dropped 95 percent. This is far less likely to happen this time out IMO.

This is the real question, but it’s impossible to know when the top is, so I’d suggest hedging your bets by taking profits when you think it’s nearing the peak and holding some of the rest for the long term. The proportion you choose should be based on your personal risk preference

Did the same thing, with NANO too, but put it all into ETH. Noticed at first that they were getting inflows after DOGE\SNL wipeout. Then the speculation around the alternative crypto Musk talked about. Got out of NANO and ADA after 'Working with DOGE devs team tweet' and it might have been the case with NANO but ADA now looks like natural growth after all. Made 50% on both plays. Don't really think the price above $2.50 is sustainable without a catalyst as it could flip BNB. Weird Ben didn't mentioned it.

All this TA is assuming that the market's perception and valuation of Bitcoin is somehow a constant.. I wonder if there's some neat graph depicting the volatility of the altcoin market relativ to bitcoin's volatility over time, to be able to better gauge something like bitcoin going below the 20 w ema or going into price discovery mode affecting altcoins... couldn't it theoretically be possible that sooner or later bitcoin going below the 20 ema pumps money into altcoins instead of out of the market as a whole?
