As a child I remember my parents having blue melamine (Melmac brand) dishes and they were the best. Lovely day in Cardiff. I find that thrift store prices are getting ridiculous.. sometimes it's better to go to Walmart.

The puzzle rolling mat is frustrating. I’d always end up having to fit the pieces together when I unrolled it. I treated myself to the jigsaw 🧩 carrier from Argos. It has two mats inside that fit a 500 piece puzzle on each one. I had a gift card off my son for Christmas so I was lucky. They are £30 but well worth it. I can clear the table for family meal times. The stacking trays for the puzzle pieces are definitely worth it though. I think I had mine in The Works in Brecon.

My granddaughter saw a pair of trainers before Christmas, but she wouldn't pay the £145 . After Christmas in the sale they went down to £70 odd. She got a voucher off my daughter, then 10% off student discount and got them for £56 😉 👍. Kathy xxx
