Basically, it's four steps: one, two, three, tap. You start with a right leg if you're a follower and a left leg if you're a leader, and then repeat those four steps in the other direction. So, in total, it's eight steps. When you step, your hip goes in the opposite direction (it's a natural body movement). You sort of push the floor. I hope it makes sense. You can watch her on slow motion and practice slowly.
