Wow 😮 Only just found you, this is my first video of yours and found it sooo full of detail and nuances as it went along ie you saying to get on your toes & why, this in my view is perfect as you go along, adding those little ‘important’ details. I’m 71 (but, still fit for 71), I’m managing (just about) with the speed reduced 25% to 75% but, I’m managing & will get there. Going to concentrate on part 1, whilst looking at part 2 as, I have looked and it does ‘appear’ to just step it up a bit. Just loving it… Thank you N.B. Update: Day 2, I’m @100% speed on first half & @50% on the second half whilst I muscle memory going but, really pleased with the progress from just yesterday - thank you once again. 👏
