Kelli, you and Daniel are two of the most honest, level-headed KZbinrs I've had the joy of discovering. Your workouts have been so effective for me over the past two years, and all of your advice has been sound. I have always appreciated a balanced lifestyle and I am grateful that you two are putting in so much hard work to bring that info to KZbin in the most straight-forward and genuine way that you possibly can, with no egos attached and nothing but empathy for your viewers. Thank you.

Agree. Especially with these so called "fitness experts" on KZbin who give their viewers unachievable hopes and terrible advice. I'm surprised fitness blender isn't more popular. Nowadays we have people with mental disorders telling us we can all lose weight by eating nothing but bananas and potato clenses

First off, this is definitely my favorite vlog you guys have ever done. Secondly, I was on the cycling team in college where we road hard 2 to 3 hours a day. I was always tired, starving cause I couldn't eat enough, and was surprisingly even gaining fat. I didn't know it at the time, but looking back at pictures I can definitely tell I was. Now, 5 years later, the majority of what I do is strength training and HIIT for much shorter amounts of time than I used to cycle daily. I can't even tell you how much better I feel and how much more energy I have. I've even lost weight and gained a lot of muscle mass while working out for a shorter amount of time than I used to. I'm so glad I found Fitness Blender. Your workouts have really opened my eyes to what a healthy body really is.

+FitnessBlender wondering, does Daniel have his own back story as well? glad you shared yours. I been trying to help some friends get into strength training but one is scared of bulking up, and i keep telling her, she wont bulk up like i'm trying to do but they never seem to listen because google is telling them different.
@silvermoonlight007

+Stuart Turistas The "I'll bulk up if I lift weights" myth among women is one of my biggest pet peeves. I've been in the same situation with female friends and have had great success by patiently explaining--like I'm talking to a toddler--these basic physiological facts: Most men have difficulty bulking up. Bulking up requires testosterone. Women possess about 1/26-1/35th the amount of testosterone as men. So if the average guy has this much difficulty naturally bulking up, imagine how much harder (re: impossible) it would be for women? (*At this point, I usually roll up my sleeve and show them my fabulously toned, defined arms and shoulders (I'm a woman, in case that wasn't clear). Sometimes, I let them poke my arms, too.*) The combination of all this generally shuts down any further beliefs in this tired, stupid myth, and women start to ask me how they can look like me--at which point, I happily point them to Fitness Blender! :)

It's so true. Since I started doing your workouts 5 times a week, I stopped dieting. Dieting makes me so unhappy and struggle with weight. I don't really count calories anymore. I do my best to stick with whole natural food. I still drink wine like 3 times a week, also have a lot of cheese, gelato, eat out maybe at least twice a week! I still am leaning down and toning, also gradually dropping my weight. 8 months ago I was 5'4, 150lb, now I'm 5'4, 136lbs. I also have a history of bulimia for over 8 years since junior high school until now. Always battling with relapses. Sticking to Fitness Blender workouts helped me to be successful on my recovery. I have much less urge to want to throw up after eating because now I know eating well, feeling full and content will not cause me to gain weight, and have a much more positive relations to foods. I really, really appreciated your work on making us all these full length videos! You changed my life!

I've learned the two main things preventing weight loss are: stress and starvation. Our bodies are actually trying to protect us, they feel threatened by too much exercise, and not enough food! Once I made peace with food, enjoyed it as fuel, weight came off. Your body is amazing, gotta treat it that way.

This is the perfect message! Strength training and doing HIIT workouts have transformed my body(along with lots of yoga) as compared to when I had very little muscle strength and did lots of cardio. I enjoy eating to nourish my body and never count calories or worry that I am eating too many healthy foods. I wish that I could have seen this video years ago before I got into dieting and such things which I have taken a long time to recover from. Thanks for the video! I love the workouts too :)

+Elham Ali if you are doing hiit its best to give yourself a day off after that. you can take a walk or do some low intensity swimming or something like that, but you need to rest your body from hiit. hiit is cardio,so you shouldnt be adding low intensity cardio after that. I would lift weight 2-3 times a week(alternating days) do hiit one or two days(but a few days after you lift) so lift monday,wed for example. do hit friday, tue and thursday find something lower impact.take a rest saturday, and you can lift sunday unless you need another day of rest. rest is very important.

I started using FitnbessBlender in 2010. Since then I have lost about 30 lbs. Throughout my health and fitness journey I have lost over 110 lbs. The difference in how I lost it before, and how I lost it while using FitnessBlender is the types of food I eat, and my quality of life. I eat *real* foods now. After watching a few of the FB clips, I decided to go on a "food adventure" and try the "dreaded real foods" Kelli and Daniel are always talking about. It took a while for the taste to grow on me, but now I like it. I also do more strength training now, and my friends and family say I look healthy. I think, no matter what size you are, or shape your body is, you should always aim to be HEALTHY. I prefer the second picture of Kelli over the previous ones because she looks HEALTHY. Mentally, physically, emotionally--healthy. She looks well rested, well nourished, and strong. That's what I wanted, and I wasn't getting it with 2+ hours of cardio every day and a handful of calories. I eat MORE now than I did when I was 225+lbs, but I weigh 106. The difference? I eat real foods. I lift weights (and I'm not bulky at all). I run faster, harder, and stronger--and I do it in less time. I suppose, this is m long winded way of saying FB has really helped me along my *total health* journey. Calories are a good place to start your health and fitness journey, but understand that quality matters just as much (if not more than) quantity. [The same goes for exercise too ;)].

I have been trying to lose a lot of weight this year. And I did initially with spinning only - it was great that I was also getting motivated to work out and feel good about exercise. But then I hit a plateau and wasn't losing a thing and still working out 5-6 times a week but only cardio. I have had reconstructive surgery on my arm and it's pretty limited in motion. So I was scared to lift weights for fear of hurting or snapping my arm. But I found your videos and that really got me over the plateau. I started lifting weights and feeling so much stronger. I still spin but in combination to your workouts and I have lost so much more weight. Doctors told me I would never be able to lift beyond 5 lb without snapping my arm - and now I do a bicep curl with 12! Anyway. I love your videos and you are such a positive influence to women. 💕

my favorite thing about you guys is that your plans are based around health and feeling good and youre always encouraging wellness over straight weight loss and maintenance. i love that you encourage your viewers to be healthy and to love their bodies and to do so by doing the best things for it. to kelli specifically, i hope that youre not ashamed of what you were as a teenager or anything like that. and i hope that youre just more comfortable in your healthful state now as opposed to ashamed of the past, but id love to see teen kelli! i find that strength training and developing muscles kind of makes my body shape come out in ways that i dont expect and its a little hard to wrestle with sometimes, but i love feeling strong and capable. thats the best thing that i take away from the workouts.

I've started exercising about a year and a half ago, and strength training has become something that I actually look forward to. It has changed my body. Of course, there are still things that i would like to change about my appearance, but I don't obsess over it as much as I did in the past. You guys have taught me that a good workout plan and healthy eating go a long way, and I want to thank you for that. I see more and more people doing the right things, instead of doing just cardio all day, every day. Thank you for changing my mindset, and for spreading a positive message. I hope that more and more people listen to what you have to say.

Men seem to be "getting" that strength training is the most important training for weight loss and body recomposition, but women are stubborn on this due to the myths at the beginning. In my mid 40s I lost 40 lbs and have gone from chubby to 10% body fat via heavy weight lifting only (no cardio). I haven't done any cardio or ab work and I now have a 6 pack (abs get work from deadlifts, squats, etc.). The reason she can eat so much and look so good is because she changed and improved her hormones and metabolism by pumping iron. Her body now torches fat and builds and maintains muscle. Mine does the same.

AWESOME video. As an NASM certified trainer, I salute you for getting accurate information out there to help women be less afraid of actual weight training and eating. Thank you so much for sharing your story and input! I have struggled with an eating disorder for almost a decade and behaved in similar ways. I used to SPRINT a minimum of 4 miles EVERYDAY even during Texas summers. I was chronically exhausted and my weight fluctuated drastically so I just kept cutting calories until one serving of crackers counted as a whole meal. I was also terrified of bulking up and never touched a weight over 3 pounds. Last year was my first full year of recovery and I think it was serendipity that I found your channel around the same time I started working on my health. I am so grateful to you because not only is your channel so body positive and welcoming but it's also been informative and changed the way I view both fitness and food. I saw immediate results in my body and my energy levels when I started eating more and strength training. It has been such an amazing boost in my health and confidence! Thank you both for creating such amazing and valuable content!

This is so true, "eat more". I entered a competition at my work where the person who lost the most weight would win some fitness items and ultimately a cruise. I downloaded a calorie/food tracker that took your current weight, your weight goal and by when you want to hit it. it gave me the number of calories to eat and so I ate. Turned out I was eating well, but not enough and that's why my body was holding onto the weight. Once I started hitting the calorie total combined with my exercise, I lost the weight and won the fitness stuff, but not the cruise. I never though that would be the problem. Now I need to get back to it. Congratulations to you, honey! Your and your husband's exercise routines here on FB are my favorite. I use them while I'm at the fitness center in "my neighborhood" here in DC. Keep up the good and inspiring works!

I run a lot. I cycle a lot. I walk a lot. I mean... I was covering 96 miles a week on the bike, 14 miles running and walking about 14 hours a week if not more. I have now given myself itbs, I swear through just overuse and too much cardio. I also restricted calories to such dumb amounts for the amount I was exercising. But since I can't go running (I tried on physios advice after a month yesterday and had another flare up) I've been doing your aerobic cardio routines on here up until that point (and when my physio told me it was safe to try) and I've had zero pain. I can also cycle a bit which is nice too. But I gained maybe 2kg from not being active at all for a few weeks, and in about 2 weeks of following your routines just 3 times a week, I dropped back to about 51kg. And these are so much easier than killing myself with cardio for hours and hours. They are engaging for my brain too, I don't get bored as it changes up. I'm left feeling like I ran a great 5k. I ache in new muscle groups I've not been working, and I feel stronger. I never work my arms or stomach, and they feel stronger. Also my itbs doesn't hurt one little bit as it varies so much in what you are doing there's no repetition on my knee for too long to cause any ill effect. I think I've been very unhealthily exercising, just as you say you were, and I do find just... ALL of my spare time was eaten up by cardio, obsessive cardio. But I was too scared to buy weights for fear I'd get 'bulky'. But I look at you and I just see strength and muscle tone and leaness, and I love how easy it is to get a sweat on in a short amount of time, because you are working your body to it's full effect. I love that I can push harder or ease up, which you can't really do with running so much, you can only increase speed, which never really effects you in the same way. So... I bought some interchangeable dumbbells. I'm going to give it a shot :) I'm finding your levels 3's easier and easier as my cardio was already pretty good obviously, it's my strength that flails, so I'm ready for some 4's now. And I hope I see an improvement in lifestyle quality as you do by being smarter about exercise.

You've shown me that it is possible to get in the best shape possible AT HOME with a couple of weights and following the instructions regarding food and exercising! All the success to the both of you. I always recommend your videos to anyone who asks me about ways to exercise at home. I'm an nutritionist and dietitian :)

Amen. I used to work out 2 hours a day (cardio), take diet pills and barely eat. Then I found you guys. And you brought me health. I have dropped four sizes (from 8 to 4) which is great, but! beyond that I feel so much stronger, more confident, more capable of trusting and listening to my body, and have experienced the difference between exercising out of love (for my body, of myself, for movement, health, etc), and exercising out of obsessive disapproval and controlling forces. I also have to say that thanks to you all I have experienced healing form childhood trauma by working out...I have no science to back this up, but I literally feel that building muscle and strength in the biological sense/process has helped release so much from my cells and reconnect with myself anew, and release it all at such a primal level that words can not do, and in a way that is extremely empowering and real...I mean what could be more real than me in my living room at home, its just me, myself and I...well and you guys but you get my point. I am a strong advocate of therapy, healing, etc. But the level of release and re connecting to the present moment through the workouts you guys offer has been so beyond amazing and tangible, and I believe that a lot of that has to do with the intention you share with others, about it being for health. So THANK YOU.

Thanks for this video. When I began my weight loss journey, I did lots if cardio. Coming from 312lbs, the weight came off pretty consistently. I didn't do much strength training and didn't like my results. I gave up and gained 15 lbs. September 2015, I got my butt into gear. I began using your videos 4-5 times a week with plenty of walking and a cleaner diet. I've lost almost 20 lbs since. I know I could have lost more with more cardio BUT my body has changed dramatically. When I did only cardio, at 247 lbs, I was a size 20. Now I'm 243 lbs and a size 16. Strength training has done wonders for my transformation. I have lost 68 lbs thus far. I still have a long way but I will continue down this route. Thanks fitnessblender!!!

Hey Kelli!! I think we are all a little bit impressed with your statement of eating 3000 cals a day. Could you please explain how is this possible? I know strenght training with smart cardio and clean eating is the way, and that you said it was a little bit more than cals in and cals out... so is it just that your body does fine with 3000 cals a day and there's no "Formula" to do what you do and eat that same amount? Would it be possible for someone to do the same workouts than you and gain weight with those 3000 cals and have to eat like 1700 cals instead? I'm a little confused it would be great if you'd go in depth on the matter. Thanks a lot!!! This video inspired me and made me feel a little less stressed out about how restrictive my diet should be, I do my work at the gym but I feel really hungry afterwards and I eat whole foods like vegetable soup but I do in big quantities to feel sasiated and I end up feeling guilty for eating even tho they are veggies, just because I prolly exceeded my cal intake.
@manga4774
@manga4774 8 жыл бұрын
don't feel guilty for eating veggies even if its a whole pile of em! so low in calories and so high in nutrients. 3000 calories for a woman who's active and works out is pretty normal I think. the more youre active and your body changes the more food it'll need. if you're active, working out, eating right, id say don't go under 2000...1700 calories is very low if you're also spending the day active... I know I was not losing weight when my target cal intake was around the same as yours....so I'm trying something different

if you have a lot of muscle, like kelli, you obviously need more food to nourish those muscles since they spend much more energy.
@asukachan07

Eating until satiated is the right thing when you're eating real foods and you're active. Remember that the more muscle mass you gain, the more calories you burn doing nothing. Also, since you're on a plant-based diet, be aware that some veggies are negative calories foods, ie they provide less calories than is needed to digest them, so you're actually loosing calories by eating them (so don't forget to add some type of fat or protein to your soups!) Keep what you're doing but stop feeling guilty, there's no need to!

+TheRMartz12 she probably eats a lot of calorie dense foods that are healthy. its easy to eat 3000 calories that way. but for some people 3000 calories even if they do these workouts could gain weight.everyone is different but if you are weight lifting and really active than most people would probably do ok with that many calories. 1500 for a guy is the lowest end of the calorie spectrum. Im eating over 1800 and im a 5'6 1/2 female. some days I eat over 2000. so you definitely could eat more calories and still not gain. if you are hungry then its sounds like you need more calories you need to fuel those workouts!

Kelli, I feel very identified with what you're saying! I remember starting 2015 feeling horrible, working out (cardio) for hours and eating too little (and I wasn't ever overweight!). I found fitness blender a few months ago and you really really inspired me and made me change my mind (which is next to impossible) Now i'm over half of FbFit and feeling awesome. My body has changed, I can feel that, and people notice! I have learned to accept it the way it is, to love its natural shape. As you said, food is no longer the enemy for me, and working out has become something I do because I love myself, not because I feel I need punishment. You two have really changed my life in a way I never thought to be possible. All I can say is congratulations on such an amazing, generous and authentic work, and thank you!

Just remember your shape can change without losing weight, especially with the strength training she's talking about. But you have to mix up your workouts and training styles on a regular basis. Sometimes I lose scale weight, other times I lose inches, but I always gain strength, stamina, endurance, willpower, energy, happiness, pride, etc., etc. !!! I primarily do @FitnessBlender workouts, BUT I like to throw my body off a few times a year and try new things. My biggest gains have been after I get back into a @FitnessBlender 'regime' again after changing it up FYI.

I started my journey with just cardo and was killing myself. Switched to strength training with little cardo by exercising 5 days a week with one of those days a rest/low low impact day. I was following your programs but they were not working for my body type so I follow the same idea as your programs, alternating which section of my body I am focusing on but reduced any high intensity training such as HIIT to once every two weeks. I am now seeing results that I have been striving for but only working out 40 mins or less not the 60 min plus before. With having two children your body totally changes and now I am as thin as I was when I got married 15 years ago. Thank you Kelli and Daniel for sharing and producing the best exercise videos ever!

You're my inspiration. I lost 3 stone during summer and I'm so proud of myself, I haven't put it back on but I just couldn't keep it up when I went back to university, 2 hours was just too much! So in wanting to do well at university I lost motivation to work out because I thought what's the point in doing 20 mins a day I'm not going to see a difference, oh how this has made me know I was wrong. I'm 20, currently working out 30 mins every other day or when I can, I don't compromise on my happiness (working out makes me happier) because I think I need to do a ridiculous amount of cardio each day to reach my goals. I haven't weighed myself since starting working out again but I feel so much better just being able to balance my life. Thank you fitness blender for all you've done for me and all you continue to do. I'm a better me because of you. :)

The problem is, that I still wanna the body like Kelly has. I don't want to be obsessed about it so I eat well, but sometimes I feel like I won't get body like this by standard healthy way. +Weronika Janiec I went through something similar in my own experience with anorexia. Kudos to you for overcoming it and wanting to achieve a fit body in a healthy way! I have been combating old habits and mindsets by actively policing my thoughts. If I start focusing in on something to the point of obsessing, I make myself stop thinking about it that way. To that end, I do not diet or calorie count or strict portions or carb balance or paleo or anything like that. NO DIETS is what I am living by. I do try to make healthier choices in my meals and snacks and have seen a difference with that. If I eat some candy or cake, though, I don't let myself get upset or punish myself. I also don't let myself over train because that would be punishing myself too. I am slowly starting to see a difference in my body. I haven't lost any weight yet, but I look a bit more toned, more sleek, and I am starting to feel and see actual muscle definition! I would really encourage you to try to focus on living healthy, like Daniel and Kelli are always saying, because that mindset is healthier in itself. Everyone's body is different, and while neither of us may ever look exactly like Kelli, perhaps we will find our own versions that we are happy and healthy in. I hope this helps.

+Weronika Janiec I can only imagine how hard it can be at times, but you have a great outlook by wanting a healthy body. Just keep in mind that your body is already special and unique. There is no other human being on earth that has your exact body. It is precious and one-of-a-kind, beautiful in its individuality. The other thing to keep in mind is that "good-looking" is so subjective and not to fall prey to conventional beauty standards. I have tiny boobs, thanks to genetics, and live in a society that prizes big breasts. I used to be very embarrassed and ashamed about them, but radically changed my mindset--thanks, in part, to Fitness Blender--and now I celebrate my chest. Anyone who thinks I'm lacking can kiss my fine, Fitness Blender-shaped behind, because I am beautiful just the way I am. :)

Preach it! I used to try to manage my weight the same way, and it just didn't work. I obsessively restricted my diet and only did cardio workouts. Since switching my workouts to include a healthy balance of strength and cardio and preparing nutrient-dense, whole food meals whenever I feel hungry, I've gained muscle weight, but I look and feel better than I ever have before, and I've finally let go of the negative self-talk that went hand-in-hand with my old disordered eating and exercising habits. Thanks for sharing your experience! Moderation is a valuable message, and one that often gets tossed aside in favor of the latest fad.

You probably want a reply from Kelli and not me(!), but I don't get the impression she sets to eat 3000 calories a day but sometimes she does, other times it's less. I think it's just about listening to your body. My appetite varies hugely according to my cycle: some weeks I could easily eat 3000 calories a day, other weeks it could be 2000 or less. As long as I'm eating good food and not crap, my weight loss/maintenance is not affected. Hope that makes sense. 😊

I will say, though, that height has very little to do with weight gain from calories eaten, except for superficial appearance reasons. Your metabolism and muscle mass (leading to your resting metabolic rate) are much more important. Though I am shorter than Kelli, I regularly eat 3,000-4,000 calories per day, several days a week, and I have only lost weight (15 lbs in the last year). How? Why? Because I've built up great muscle mass from lifting, thanks to FB. ;)

Because of this video, my day turned brighter. I smiled looking at the pictures. I now know that the extra weight I'm putting on is not necessarily fat but it could be muscle. Wow, fitnessblender. I have been really struggling this last year with constant tachycardia and apparently asthma (which I didn't even know I had), so I haven't been able to work out much, but I plan to get back in action. We need to step up here, people! Let's be the best us be can be and let there be no rude remarks or unkindness in any way! Who's with me on this? I really owe it all to this amazing couple who have made me love, respect, and take care of the body I'm in. My relationship with food has also improved and I no longer get scared like I used to. Take the "chance", it's so worth it!

Love this video!!! Weight lifting completely changed my life - not just my physical appearance and strength, but mentally it put things right. Instead of focussing on calories and being skinny, I channelled my energy into becoming strong and functionally fit. I would never have recovered from my eating disorder otherwise. I also probably eat 2500+ calories a day and have no problem continuing to burn fat and gain muscle. Thank you Kellie!

I've had a similar journey to you Kelli.... the only difference is that I'm 15 years old. I was really overweight from age 7- 13. An abundant whole food/ plant based lifestyle paired with your workout videos helped me transform my mind, body and spirit for the better, thank you so much!

You have so much respect for people who's struggling with losing weight, maybe it's because of your story. Nowadays I see a lot of fitness trainers who are just unpleasant. I was never really fat, but I was always disappointed with my body, especially when I had some medical issues. I've attended a lot of fitness classes, zumbas, pilates classes, but I keep coming back on your YT channel. Your videos help me stay fit and balanced for all activities and sports I do in my life. I can truly say - my life is better since I hear "workout complete" :) Thanks for 3 years togheter!

This is such important information, and more people need to hear it. It genuinely terrifies me how many people think that they need to be eating 1500 calories or less and doing hours upon hours of cardio. Not only is it going to negatively impact weight loss and overall health, but it puts people at risk for more serious injuries occurring more often that take much longer to heal because their bodies don't have the required fuel to fix themselves. And then you end up in a vicious downward spiral of "I'm not working out, so I can't eat as much" (not that they were eating much to begin with), which provides even less fuel to the body when it really needs it the most.

Kelli, I know this is an old video but I am so glad I found it! It describes exactly what I have been going through- obsessive thinking, too much cardio, not enough calories and always tired, and not losing any weight and feeling completely defeated. This is exactly what I needed to hear. Thank you for your honest and helpful advice!

Deciding to start weight lifting was honestly the best choice I've ever made for my body. Not only did it help me lose weight, but it gave me a better figure and made me so much stronger (physically and mentally!). It's truly had the biggest impact on me in the past couple months since I started powerlifting. What's great is that even though that training style has helped me gain even more muscle, it's also helped me not focus as much on what my body looks like. Instead of lifting just for aesthetics, I'm now more motivated to get stronger and increase the weight that I'm lifting. It's made working out so much more exciting for me, and I couldn't be more thankful for that😄

You have totally hooked me on strength training. I was always afraid to pick up weights not because of being bulky but because of how little I would be able to lift and how frustrating it would be. Now I understand how important strength training is to have a healthy body and even enjoy it more than cardio! Thank you guys for being informative and smart trainers who care about teaching workouts the correct way. Kelli your body is amazing, you look fantastic!

thank you for this, truly. my gf and i have done FB routines for over a year and it was rockin. she hates cardio and would rather strength train. especially after we discovered vids from a gym that does strongman exercises(flip tires, load stones, lift kegs etc). thank you for, above all, kickstarting us into fitness and health. we continue to support you, even if we drift to other routines. well always remember you as being the first to push us toward the right path

I say this loads but you guys have changed my life: how I exercise and view food. I spent years running at the gym and eating under 1200 calories a day and was hungry and tired and little change in my body for years after an initial 7lb loss. Your videos and strength training in particular changed my shape and relationship with diet and exercise forever xxx

I found FB by chance and I am sticking to it by choice. It is truly refreshing to have genuine information fed in a positive manner. I am sure you both get tonnes of praises for the work(outs) that you are putting out for the community at large and you deserve it! Here is another heartfelt message for you both, you both make sense, a whole lot of it. Your message are simple and honest. And a word of encouragement for those who are on this journey (of taking care of our bodies), when the drive/objective is to eat healthily and live healthily, the process will be a struggle,initially, it will seem difficult, intermittently, but stick to it because it is achievable! and the results, you will not need words, it will reflect in your being and your body!

I have had a very similar story. A few years ago I wanted to lose weight and thought the only way was through calorie restriction and high cardio routines. Like you, I never wanted to strength train because I thought I would it would make me look like a body builder. I would spend over an hour at the gym trying to burn off what I had eaten that day and it left me feeling exhausted all the time. For the past few months I have been doing Fitness Blender workouts (including strength training) and have noticed a huge difference! My body feels stronger and is more toned than before, I have more energy and endurance, and I am not stressing about my calorie intake as long as I eat clean. I look and feel better from doing FB routines than I ever did going to the gym for hours. Thanks Fitness Blender!

Thank you so much for this video. I've been struggling with my weight for the last two years now (lose ten pounds, gain it back, despite doing what I had done to lose it still), but it started ever since I had used that MyFitnessPal app/website. And they calorie restrict. I have since then STOPPED using it to count calories, but just to log workouts & see my process in workouts & know my day to day log of what I've done. Back in 2012, I used to do cardio, pilates, yoga, bike, walk, run & never counted calories, just ate as clean as I could on a budget & I was in the best shape of my life & happy. I intend to get back to that & seeing this video has really made me more motivated than ever to just be happy, not worry about calories & just do what makes me feel good. So thank you Fitness Blender for all you guys do. Your workouts are amazing & your information is so positive & informative, I love it! I hope everybody finds happiness on their path to being fit & healthy!

I actually got more into strength training just before you guys started talking more about it, and it definitely was reshaping my body! I was so happy to hear and see Kelli posting more about it! I still love hiit, too, to go along with my yoga. As always, thanks for being my favorite trainers and helping me get in shape and stay healthy!

I love you, Kelli. It's very sad that there are so many people with eating disorders because they assume eating less helps you lose weight. Thank you for informing us and being a live example of how eating well without limiting yourself on calories can not only make you look better, but feel healthier as well. I just finished working out and now I'm on my way to the market to buy some protein and veggies. Thank you, fitnessblender!

I have to say your work out videos made a huge difference to me - used to suffer from anorexia but when I started strength training I saw that my body was strong and powerful, and that made me want to look after it better. Thank you for being so honest and representing a healthy lifestyle for women (not many good role models around these days!)

Thanks for sharing Kelli! When I switched to strength training from cardio and strictly bodyweight-only exercises it has made a world of difference! I can finally see my abs (and I rarely do ab-specific exercises anymore), I somehow eat SO much more than I did before, and I don't feel tired throughout the day. thank you thank you thank you for spreading this message, especially to females!
