I'mmewhatcan you do it's because they share their workouts for free...unlike charging for all their videos they have on KZbin. Now that....is amazing. Plus, just by listening to them/watching them talk, you can just tell by their personality they are awesome, genuine people (and look at them...super fit- they know what they are talking about!)

believeitspossible I think for me its mainly the honesty with which they answer questions. They know its going to be an unpopular answer.. yet they give it to us anyways. They don't give into the pressure of society to answer questions a certain way and are OK with being unpopular if need be - but because their workouts are also such high quality, I think they can still continue to be popular (and they deserve it too!). Anyway, I call that all amazing, stick to what you are doing guys, its great!

I love that you label your videos exactly what they are: "butt and thighs," "upper body," etc. It's never "have yourself bikini ready." The goal is fitness and not vanity.

This channel is PERFECT, not only do you guys give clear organised workouts but you also give brutally honest advice with realistic goals and expectations. I find the reason so any people fail at living a healthy lifestyle is because they get totally brainwashed and misguided by companies/ ''workout professionals'' more interested in exploiting and making money. You have no idea how much I appreciate your work. That and the fact I could barely find a real workout channel, mainly guys flexing and girls half naked just to get comments about how hot they are for their own self-confidence. Once again THANK YOU.

When I first encountered your channel, I (wrongfully) pegged you guys as the majority of other fitness programs: a business just in it for the money. But I've been watching your videos and you guys are so.. Genuine and you actually care about REAL health (whaaaat? Imagine that)! I like that you guys always emphasize the importance of doing what's right for your personal body type, and that there's no cookie cutter depiction of what real fitness looks like. Fitness is more than just how you look, but about improving the quality of your life. Suffice it to say, I'm so glad I found your channel :)

I was so tired of being emotionally exhausted by manipulative hype-up sales tactics in fitness product videos. I don't want to work out because I am ashamed of my body! I want to workout because I want to be healthy and maximize my chances of enjoying life! I don't want to work out to be fat-less! I want to work out because sex is boring when you're out of shape! The Before and After video montage where you said, "The primary is health, looking good is just a bonus", caused me to trust that you were competent and genuine. This belly fat reduction debunking video made me realize I want to be in a fitness relationship with you. What I'm trying to say is, I love you. Haha. wow that was such a mature and truthful thing to say guys. thank you for that. and to especially hear it from you guys makes it even better. thank you once again for reminding people that its not all about the image and glamour. there is way more to fitness then appearance, like you said. it should be based on health and the way that person feels. and having a certain amount of fat in your body is absolutely necessary in my opinion as well. this is our body and we have been created a certain way, and the minute that people start to screw up that balance, the body ends up showing an unfortunate result in the end. anyways, thank once again guys and keep the awesome vids coming! :)

I really love that they addressed the whole "6 pack thing" It's so true how society today has put this image on how we are SUPPOSE to look like but everybody is different. Idk why but I find their advice to be honest and helpful.

Just wanna say you guys are a blessing. Just 2 weeks ago, 2 minute into the cooldown exercise and I'm already out of breath. Now I'm doing a total of 30-minute exercise daily and increasing it slowly--a routine I can sustain. And I'm starting to love my body and taking better care of it. Thank you for affirming that we don't need to look like those supermodels to be healthy and to feel good about ourselves.

Everything they are saying is true and the part about the athletes cannot be more true. I am an athlete myself and I've never actually had as a goal to have a six pack or really strong fit legs, that all comes with working out more than 4-5 hours a day everyday. And we are not really that focused on how fit we look, or if we have six packs, we are more focused on the results we are getting and trying to be better at what we do.

Yep. That six pack mentality used to have a hold on me. Now I just focus on function. I really don't mind my soft belly because I feel so good about hitting my goals, moving daily, fitting in my clothes and feeling great with steady energy. Thank you all for your help and encouragement.

You guys are the best fitness channel here in KZbin, I think. I just love the realness on every workout video and how you guys promote health and body positivity in a realest way and how the viewers can relate to you because you show that you're tired, that you like eating or that you have dealt with body image issues before. I am very grateful to have found this channel. You guys are making me realize what fitness really means. And we need that because you can easily get drowned in fitness fads and all sorts of unhealthy trends in the internet these days. Thank you so much for making this video, and more power to you guys!

An interesting fact related to this topic is that studies were done on the jumping ability of athletes and they found that the highest jumpers did not necessarily have the lowest body fat.

I started working out a year ago with some "exclusive" DVD package. It was great at first. Great music, all this jumping around and punching. I liked it but as I entered my 3rd round and it was losing it's luster, I got some results but not what I really wanted. I thought to myself, "Can I keep up this pace forever? Do I want to keep this pace up? Do I want to drink their shake for the rest of my life?" the answer was no. I had to re examine what I wanted. The answer is that I want to be healthy. I don't need to do this amazing transformation because technically for years I've been in the range of healthy BMI, relatively "healthy" but flabby. I found your videos and truly enjoyed the 5 wk program. thank you!

Genetics play a key in "six packs" as well. I agree whole heartedly with you two on everything you said. The images we see are either photo shopped, or, you are seeing people in cutting phases. For instance body builders cut their body fat percentages real low (unhealthy) leading up to shows as well as completely dehydrate themselves just before shows to get rid of all water weight so that they have that paper thin skin look. They don't live like that because it would cause serious health issues. It still does in many cases. Physique models do the same for photo shoots. They do not look like that year round. If you are fit, exercise, eat healthy, and get proper recovery, everything else will take care of itself. You do not have to have "show me" Abs to be fit.

Travis Kibel This is the biggest thing. People need to get comfy with their own body's limitations. Unless you have hit the genetics lottery....guys aren't going to look like Brad Pitt in "Fight Club" and gals aren't going to look like Jennifer Anniston. Understand your body, love your body, and make it the best that you can :D

Now this is the reason I love this channel... They promote true health and not an illusion of a chiseled body... And they are 100% correct in saying that every body type is different We should aim to be fit and healthy.. And not necessarily shredded

It is so refreshing to have you two speaking the truth about nutrition, exercise and mind set! I've been using your workout videos and listening to your nutrition advice and you guys are real, sane and tell it like it really is. I'm 60 and just trying to stay strong and healthy as long as I can and thank you for being my mentors and inspiration. I'm 5'7" and weigh about 132 lbs but my body is shape shifting daily and I'm just trying to keep it in check. I love the 30 minute 5 day workout for busy people and others. My mom just turned 80 and does yoga daily. She is also my inspiration. Keep up this wonderful fitness blender channel and thank you!

I was once 300lbs and am not 140 :) It is so worth the change, not just mentally but being able to be active and not out of breath or so tired is nice. Good luck and do not give up! It is a beautiful journey and an awesome way to learn yourself more.

I've been struggling with anorexia and over-exercising for a few years now. I'm now a lot healthier after a few spells in hospital and really into running and fitness but also really into eating!! and am finally finding a good balance. I've just started doing these videos. I've lost 80 pounds so far. I've gone from 400 to 320. I found this video to be very informational. My stomach is where I need to lose the most weight. I'm on disability and have found most of these videos challenging enough for a beginner. Thank you for making them.

At 2:16 he said most people hold fat in their abdomen so by the time you lose most of the weight, your stomach will be the last place to lose the rest of the weight. You gon be a damn skeleton by the time the ab fat is gone! 😂😂😂

Thank you!!! Love how inclusive & honest you guys are!! Even when I was training for triathlons, working out 6 days a week and eating a whole foods, vegan diet - I didn't have a six pack - not on a daily basis anyway. Even with very low body fat! The only time I had a six pack was after a 6 mile run or a triathlon (aka - DEHYDRATED!!!) Train for health, train for you!!

+FitnessBlender: For a while now, up until this video, I found it very challenging to (1) not succumb to the notion of body image, especially a flat stomach/midsection, and (2) keep myself from blaming numerous reasons for not naturally achieving any visual results. And as a young man in college, it's hard to avoid self-judgement when looking at my peers who look "fit," seemingly effortlessly, as well as telling myself that I am not doing enough. After watching this video that challenges popular belief, especially about abs and midsection efforts; tells the truth about image versus functionality; reassures that I *am* taking simple steps to maintain my health (e.g. avoiding processed foods where possible); and concludes with statements similar to "everyone is different" and "do what right for you," I feel that I can finally put my body image concerns to rest. I have marked this video as one of my favorites. Thank you so much!

I really appreciate your videos a lot. You don't normally see things people say things like this. it's always "GET SHREDDED FASTER" or "DO THIS EXERCISE ROUTINE AND GET 6 PACK ABS" and it's awesome to hear that these plans probably aren't the healthiest. Thanks for sharing the positive mentality and honesty about working out and getting the body you will be comfortable with every day. If your motivation for working out is to look like a magazine cover you will fail 99% of the time. Work out to make you happy, and be happy to work out. Good luck y'all!

I just want to thank you for helping me with a big question in my mind. I have been doing your workouts since more than a month..with five days challenge, 1000 calorie workout and eating home cooked indian food. There is a tremendous change in my body and that comes from my husband who is my biggest critic yet motivation. I didn't see even a bit decrease in my abdomen, and I thought I am not doing it right. Or may be eating indian food is the cause (clean food) ...this video really helped me a lot demystifying all the truths. A big thank you!!

I've always been active and never had problems finding time to workout... until my wife and I had a baby. Between baby and work exercise went on the back burner. Months later I discover these awesome videos and the blender site. Back on the right path. Thanks a ton guys, for the videos and info!!

This channel is unique- such a nice change from all the aggressive channels out there that either peddle gimmicky fixes or treat exercise as some sort of punishment routine for that doughnut you ate yesterday. There are so many unhealthy attitudes being forced on us from all angles by people who want our money and want to convince us that they know best- but you guys really do have our best interests at heart.

I would like to add to I’mmewhatcan you do I appreciate the honesty of you both too! I have struggled with my weight when I gave up on myself since my 7 year old was a sickly baby. I am so thankful for this program and the progress I am seeing already! Thank you for dedicating you’re life to this it has made a remarkable impact on my own life! My kids are seeing it and has said I’m trying to get “strong muscles”! My husband is happy with my results as well and he said it’s motivating for him to start working out. He says he needs to get his ahead in the game! 😂
