I lost 14kg by doing this workout.. In about 5 month.. Just 12 minute but it making me shower in sweat.. If you wanna lose some weight please try this.. But don't force yourself to do exactly like them.. Just do what you can.. Highly recommended..

I start this tomorrow. I kept trying long workouts but could never finish. I remember this from when i was a teen....hee cardio videos really built my endurance & stamina. I could workout for 2 hours straights. Now as an adult after pregnancy only 5 minutes. So im going to do this again to build up my strength. She is so nice and makes workouts fun! Her workouts work fast! And i always feel happier after her videos....i need that going through a breakup rn lol.

A lot of people ask "how many calories" or "how much should I exercise to get in shape". Here's how it worked for me. No more than 1.300-1500 calories a day, 500 jump ropes a day (I started with 100): 100 in the morning after drinking a full glass of water and before breakfast, 300 in the afternoon, and 100 at night. 2 sessions of exercises like these, one in the afternoon and one at night, I akso drink 3 glasses of green tea a day. My result after 1 month: 94 kg. before, 80 now. It's possible!

Started this workout when i was 15 yrs old. I lost 8lbs in two weeks by doing this wrkout twice a day and by eating clean and small portions for brkfst and dinner. for lunch i ate bad given i was in highschool... they only sold delicious fatty foods. but now im gonna start again at 20yrs old.. i hope to get amazing results!

I'm doing the 30 day shred by Jillian Micheals and was looking for a lower impact cardio routine for my "rest" day. This is a very effective routine. It's quick, simple and good for even advanced fitness levels.

The exercise is very good met my cardio needs for the day. The moves can be followed easily and I really sweat what a nice feeling! This is highly recommended at home and enjoy it as if you are in a gym.

First time doing this- at about 10:30 the stitch in my rib caused me to fall over but I really like this workout. Perfect for early mornings. Will definitely be using this to see what happens :)

my friend was having the same problem. she lost 11 kg in a month just by eating healthy food (oil free, vegetable, and brown rice) and cut snacks and drink nothing else but 8 glasses of water. then, she workout a lot to tighten her skin. this video helps a lot to burn fat. if u wanna get ur skin tighten u should check out blogilates video, that's the hard one, but the result is amazing. tiffany rothe booty shaking workout is the good one to get ur waist smaller. keep being motivated. good luck!

when you're unhappy do a workout all my teacher have said when they are sad or depressed or worried or want to eat when they are sad they do a workout and it helps cuz it lets out a hormone to make you happy, so when ever your sad just come to this video and try as best as you can to do the same as there doing in the video and it will help also if you feel you should eat when your sad when you know you should not go for a walk it really dose help. :3
