I lost 14kg by doing this workout.. In about 5 month.. Just 12 minute but it making me shower in sweat.. If you wanna lose some weight please try this.. But don't force yourself to do exactly like them.. Just do what you can.. Highly recommended..

Greetings to all ladies who have a problem with their weight. I am 24 years old, and since I was a child, I've had constant problems with overweight. I tried all I could think of but it didn’t help at all. I even tried starvation diet but in the end my metabolism got worse and I ended up with serious health problems. I thought I will never become slim until I found this site. It’s name is: *fastpoundsdrop. com* It was incredible how advices from this site made me lose weight. I finally have desired weight, I lost 50 pounds and feeling perfectly healthy! All this thanks to advice from this site.

My mom did this for 2 months with proper diet. From 60kgs, she now has 46kgs. I wanna try it, too.

I start this tomorrow. I kept trying long workouts but could never finish. I remember this from when i was a teen....hee cardio videos really built my endurance & stamina. I could workout for 2 hours straights. Now as an adult after pregnancy only 5 minutes. So im going to do this again to build up my strength. She is so nice and makes workouts fun! Her workouts work fast! And i always feel happier after her videos....i need that going through a breakup rn lol.

Mine too! I've loved her forever because she's fun, competent and serious about fitness. She doesn't strip down to indecency in order to train you well. She's my go-to trainer.

This is great! The first time I did this I almost had a heart attack. Today (12 weeks later) Is my worm up, the one I do before my 30 mins workout, which I also find in the Be Fit channel . Thanks Denise! You are a great motivator!!

I did this video for 3 months and I lost 8 kgs, this is a really good workout because it doesnt kill you or make you hate working out and sometimes less is more😉

I love Denise! Years ago when her 2 TV shows were on-Denise Austin's Fit & Lite and Daily Workout, I worked out with her every day for an hour and I saw results fast! I'm so glad I found this. I'm starting it tomorrow!!

A lot of people ask "how many calories" or "how much should I exercise to get in shape". Here's how it worked for me. No more than 1.300-1500 calories a day, 500 jump ropes a day (I started with 100): 100 in the morning after drinking a full glass of water and before breakfast, 300 in the afternoon, and 100 at night. 2 sessions of exercises like these, one in the afternoon and one at night, I akso drink 3 glasses of green tea a day. My result after 1 month: 94 kg. before, 80 now. It's possible!

Started this workout when i was 15 yrs old. I lost 8lbs in two weeks by doing this wrkout twice a day and by eating clean and small portions for brkfst and dinner. for lunch i ate bad given i was in highschool... they only sold delicious fatty foods. but now im gonna start again at 20yrs old.. i hope to get amazing results!

I'm doing the 30 day shred by Jillian Micheals and was looking for a lower impact cardio routine for my "rest" day. This is a very effective routine. It's quick, simple and good for even advanced fitness levels.

yes it does! keep moving it's not easy but it's worth it , keep eating healthy , and stop drinking soda only water and you are going to loss weight , believe in yourself and you're gonna make it !

The exercise is very good met my cardio needs for the day. The moves can be followed easily and I really sweat what a nice feeling! This is highly recommended at home and enjoy it as if you are in a gym.

I freaked love doing this workout , it's not tough but it really gets me sweating and I feel better after doing it. I did it 3 times today :)

First time doing this- at about 10:30 the stitch in my rib caused me to fall over but I really like this workout. Perfect for early mornings. Will definitely be using this to see what happens :)

i lost 7 kg in just one month doing this exercise for about 40 minutes 3 days a week and eat healthy like more vegetables , only water , no soda this really works!! I'm so happy am going for more , sorry I don't speak a lot english hope you understand

my friend was having the same problem. she lost 11 kg in a month just by eating healthy food (oil free, vegetable, and brown rice) and cut snacks and drink nothing else but 8 glasses of water. then, she workout a lot to tighten her skin. this video helps a lot to burn fat. if u wanna get ur skin tighten u should check out blogilates video, that's the hard one, but the result is amazing. tiffany rothe booty shaking workout is the good one to get ur waist smaller. keep being motivated. good luck!

Haha I looked at you comment early after checking these excercisies out for the first time "going are you mad sure its just a few power punches on the spot and that"..Im now just after doing my first one, nearly took out the light in the lounge and sweating like theres no tomorrow. when you're unhappy do a workout all my teacher have said when they are sad or depressed or worried or want to eat when they are sad they do a workout and it helps cuz it lets out a hormone to make you happy, so when ever your sad just come to this video and try as best as you can to do the same as there doing in the video and it will help also if you feel you should eat when your sad when you know you should not go for a walk it really dose help. :3

yeah I did , I eat on the same hour everyday but in little portions , as I said before , more vegetables , water, exercise , no junk food !
