I’m not a beginner but I’ve added this to my workout playlist to do on my next cardio day (Thursday). I have strength today. Watched and it looks great. I know I will enjoy and get a good workout.

The way i like this workout yesterday i forgot to close the door when i was practicing, all over sudden my madam came and find me doing this,she returned back she didn't tell me what she came to do in my room.I wake up today morning she told me if i want to go to my country they are ready to book my flight ✈️,what did i do wrong guys 😔?

This was really good! 🔥Loved it! ❤ The breakdown of the moves was good and easy to follow. I’ve done a few workouts with Steven here (love his workouts too) and caught on fairly well after a few classes but this helped me catch on even better. Thank you so much! I subscribed to your page too! I look forward to more. You stated you will do 50 workouts, will they be posted weekly? I do strength most days but do cardio three days a week and do the SA workouts on Thursdays. I look forward to the next one!!
