21 days challenge. Day 4 of Week 2. It was challenging but I’ve enjoyed it!! I can feel I get stronger each and every day! I love the explanation that comes along in every movement. I confess that I took yesterday off. I took a walk, but was still nursing that sore knee. So now I’m a day behind, but so glad I didn’t just skip this one to stay on pace with you. I’ll just finish the challenge a day late. This was great and I think I could have done it yesterday. Oh well. My abs need lots of work and I’m sure I’ll be feeling them tomorrow. I liked the kick boxing. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but I liked it.

I love how you kept up the intensity throughout this workout! My actual intensity level didn’t quite match yours, but I kept up ok, and enjoyed the cardio kickboxing. I even used my 1.5 pound egg weights part of the time. The four-minute ab drill was the frosting on the cake! ❤️

I've been doing the 21 day with you this is week 2 but this workout i found that i just didn't have enough energy . But i stuck with it and got it done. Hardest for me so far. But thank you you have kinda got me addicted to exercise at 46. Thats amazing as i have always hated everything about exercise. So massive thank you.x

I picked up your 21 day challenge, PJ, after finding your osteoporosis safe workouts and loving them! Since I have osteoporosis, I needed to modify some of the moves, but I thoroughly enjoyed this cardio workout. 65 and still trying to rock it!

I loved this one! Day 8 of my 21 day challenge, I dont alwyas do your workouts in order as I do them in the morning in conjnction with my weight training at night but these get me sweating and are far easier than a 40 minute run!!!

I love your enthusiasm when you do the kick boxing workouts! It is what keeps me going since I have a love-hate with kickboxing - due to my severe lack of coordination. But I do like this one and I think with some practice Ill figure it out and get my heart rate up. Happy Monday!
