This workout is now one of my favourites! Having knee issues I found this workout the perfect balance for challenging my cardio and I am able to intensify the exercises as well. The extra stretching time at the end was a bonus. Thanks for all your dedication PJ!! This is the most I've worked out on a consistent basis since my youth and I now find myself looking forward to the next day's workout....crazy.

This was SO not lame! I do believe this is the best low impact workout I've done (and that's saying a lot, because I've done tons of low impact workouts over the last few years)! Workouts like this are why I absolutely love you PJ (not to mention your sense of humor) :) This was perfect- beginning to end!
