This is no way lame, I can confirm that. I was sweating and breathing hard all the way through. Oh and those stretches at the end are just heavenly. PJ....... The lady in red.... I can feel a song coming on. X

PJ, I can't tell you how I screamed with joy when I finished the cardio section. I was PUMPED. Second time doing this workout and it was easier than the last time round. THANK YOU for not making it lame. 😂🤗🥰

This was a great workout! Low impact, easy on the knees. Heart rate up ✅ Sweating like crazy ✅ Feeling amazing ✅ And those stretches at the end ❤!

I felt as you put this in the diary just for me, perfect for what I needed today. The in-laws both spent time in the emergency room last night and my husband has just got covid (daughter off school with it) - not sure I can take much more but 40 minutes taking my mind off it was perfect! Holy smokes! I'm commenting the day after I tried this workout. I woke up with a sore core, shoulders, and mid back like I've never felt after a workout (but in the best way)! This workout is now one of my favourites! Having knee issues I found this workout the perfect balance for challenging my cardio and I am able to intensify the exercises as well. The extra stretching time at the end was a bonus. Thanks for all your dedication PJ!! This is the most I've worked out on a consistent basis since my youth and I now find myself looking forward to the next day's workout....crazy.

This was SO not lame! I do believe this is the best low impact workout I've done (and that's saying a lot, because I've done tons of low impact workouts over the last few years)! Workouts like this are why I absolutely love you PJ (not to mention your sense of humor) :) This was perfect- beginning to end!

Absolutely what my knees needed today. After the Stability Ball Strength from yesterday it was perfect! I have very bad knees and love when you have knee friendly videos. The long stretch at the end felt amazing. Thanks again PJ for a great workout!! (and tell LH he missed a good one!)

Great workout! Thanks for the reminder to relax my muscles during the stretching at the end. Didn't realize how tense I was and felt sooo much better once I relaxed... especially my mouth!
