Welcome to the Shape Up Series. These 4 workouts are designed burn lots of calories and tone your muscles with fun cardio segments and tough sculpting exercises. You will use various equipment as well as just your body weight to chisel and define your entire body. These are total body workouts that will get a lot done in minimum time!
Shape Up Mat is a total body workout with easy to follow cardio and mat sculpting exercises. You will start with 5 slower paced cardio exercises to warm up the body and familiarize you with the moves. You will then alternate between 5 lower body exercises using the chair, then the same 5 cardio exercises, 5 resistance loop lower body exercises, back to the cardio, 5 body weight upper body exercises, back to the cardio, 5 light weights and resistance loop arms exercises, back to the cardio, 5 abs exercises with the chair, one last round of cardio and finally 5 lower back extension exercises on and off the chair. You will be rewarded with a long stretch to lengthen the muscles to finish.

Linda, it was the first time when I actually had a smile on my face while doing your workout :D It was fantastic and managable to do. every single time when I do your workouts I just beg God to give me strength because they are so tough. I see the changes in my bodyz since I found your channel, I just got totally addicted to you

This was a real stamina challenge yesterday after the target 20 barre workout! Those bands are the nemesis of my shoulders and inner and outer thighs! 😅 l Love it though! I am seeing the changes! 🎉😍 Day 14 of the advanced workout challenge completed!

it was a bit of a mean day, but at least it was a mat workout so psychologically it was a little easier to get through 😊

I loved it! Because the cardio sections were short, I went crazy (which was fun!). The abs part was v. burny. I struggled with the on-the-tummy one, I felt it in my lower back a bit too much: I'll keep working on it. And I loved the generous stretch at the end. I did this at home today, but I'lm def. gonna come back to it at the office: it's the full package, in 50 min! Thank-you!

glad you liked it! The abs moves in these Shape Up workouts are definitely tough and take some time to get the form right. I am sure next time you will be able to do it better 😁

Another great one!! I wore my hip trainer for most of it. The arm work in side plank and the abs exercise raising legs up from chair and to the floor up were killer 😍 The cardio would be good on the rebounder too! You could elevate hands for the mountain climbers. I may try it next time 😄 Thanks so much!! I'll probably do this series again next week!
