www.buymeacoffee.com/Barlates Welcome to the Quiet Quarantine series. These workouts are designed to give you a low impact total body burn that won't wake up the neighbours. Perfect if you live in an apartment, but obviously still effective even if you don't! Work off some of that lock down frustration and get in shape for the big reveal on the other side.
In Quiet Quarantine Mat you will start with seated arm and shoulder exercises, then seated leg raises and pushes. Next a c-curve biceps combination with lower abs engagement, then a seated triceps extension series, a lying overhead extension series and some more upper back work. Next a side lying outer thigh series with the weight, then a tough inner thigh set. Finally a lying glute segment with and without the weight.

I've been doing this workout often since I injured my foot. It's the hardest total body workout I've found that I can do with minimal modification while wearing an air cast boot. It was already one of my favorite mat workouts 💖 and now I'm especially grateful for it! 🙏

I enjoyed this workout. I liked that the warm-up included some mobility exercises for the upper body. I used 1 and 2 kg dumbbells.

Great workout! Day 4 of the advanced challenge really targeted all of my weaker areas. That burn was no joke...total muscle fatigue especially on my outer and inner thighs. I kept the weight but lowered the lbs halfway through, because I can hear your words for previous workouts...”the burn is where the change lives.” Thank you, Linda, for another great next level workout for me! 😍💖💪🏽

Loved the seating Upper Body with some new twists, and the lower body was just fabulous (did it all with ankle weights on) - especially the side lying segment. Great burn and creative as usual, and indeed flew by fast! :-)

Started my Sunday with this awesome one 😊. Loved it a lot! I'm that kind of person who doesn't like long warm ups but even the warm up in this workout was totally satisfying 😍. Just sitting and clenching butt cheeks was fun 😀. Thanks, Linda!

Hi Aida, I am filming a Lazy Days series at the moment with easier workouts for when you don't really feel like working out, but still want to do something. I am also filming Lockdown Madness which is a really advanced series of total body workouts, similar to Apartment Fever, but more advanced. Then I want to do a low impact high intensity series with cardio and toning workouts and a medium weights series with circuits using the rebounder for the cardio. So many workouts in my head 🙂

this series is a great one because it has cardio and toning and the apartment fever one too. Any of my cardio sculpt workouts are good for burning calories as well as toning up 🙂

Hi, calorie burn is unique to each individual so I can't really indicate it accurately. Some workouts don't burn many calories but they burn your muscles and can create more changes in your body than high calorie burning cardio. Personally I don't think calorie burn is a good way to choose your workouts unless your only goal is fat loss.
