Chris, I really appreciate your workouts but mostly I appreciate you as an instructor. You never make us feel guilty for not gettin a move right or taking a break. It sounds silly but we all know how many instructors out there make working out seem like a burden. Thank you so much ❤

This was a really lovely workout and shows how you don't have to be going at a mega fast pace to get your heart rate up. This is perfect for anyone looking to dip their toe in the intermediate step pond as the choreography is great. And if you're flailing, don't stress about it, I flailed massively when I first started Chris's workouts! Thanks so much Chris, hope you enjoy the rest of your day 😊 xx

I started stepping this year in april. I never did it before. I did all the learning step tutorials on this channel and now I can follow the class. Except the merry-go-round. I need to practice that. It took me 7 months before I could follow the classes on saturday. It is very satisfying to see my onw progress in stepping every week. Thanks Chris!

For those who struggle with merry go round: I first encountered it in an advanced class…and my brain said, “WHAT??!!” I didn’t get it the entire class. I went afterward and did the tutorial which helped immensely. Don’t give up-you can do it!! Chris: 160 bpm? That sounds insane…thanks for keeping us safe, and thanks for a really fun class!❤❤

Great step workout! I started a bit over a year ago as a total newbie. I needed to start exercising more regularly for health reasons and thought step would be fun. I found Chris’s workouts and did lots of beginner workouts and the tutorials. I love how Chris is so personable and encouraging! She gives options if you can’t get something and believes in you. I’m used to doing the faster pace but I found this seemed to work my muscles more. Incredibly humid here in sunny Sydney so I was sweating buckets. All my favourite moves, just love ‘walk the dog’!

The merry go round is my new favorite move, I've been doing step since the 80s and that was my first merry go round. I love that you can still teach me new moves and keep it fresh! Best step, best trainer ever!!!

This is a great workout. It has just the right amount of choreography. It also helps to have it taught by someone who truly knows what she's doing . . . a true professional with a terrific attitude and wonderful personality. 5 stars out of 5!

Great routine, Chris, thank you! Loved the music too! You are so right! It takes practice and determination! Most are not an "expert" when they start something new, it takes practice. I have been doing step for over 10 years and I still get tripped up. The key is to stay with it, and you will get it! It is all about that mindset!! You are the best Chris!

Step is always a favorite cardio day for me! This is great for someone newer to intermediate, or someone with some experience who wishes to add a riser for the first time or to bump up the intensity a notch. Lots of fun as always, thank you!

I've been stepping since the mid-90s, and I think this was the first time I've done the merry-go-round. It took me a few tries to get it, but it was such a fun addition to the routine! Thanks for always keeping it interesting!

I think I like step so much because it is one of the few workouts that I don't have to heavily modify because I'm not strong enough or fit enough to do. Definitely need some extra stretching today. Great workout, love intermediate! Thanks Chris

This was a great workout! I usually do the intermediate/advanced and muddle my way through. This was a nice change of pace. Not that I'm going to give up on the advanced. They are always a lot of fun even if I don't get it all. But, I appreciate all the options your channel offers. Thanks, Chris!

I found Chris back in March and finally just mastered the merry-go-round earlier this month. Keep practicing! You will catch on! And there’s nothing wrong with modifying the steps if you can’t get them. I am still doing that as well today. But I have definitely made a lot of progress and can do these intermediate classes now. Also, love the 45 minute format. Sometimes an hour is more than my brain can handle lol. Or I also like 45 minutes of step with some ab work at the end. Thank you for all that you do to keep us fit!

Loved this slower routine Chris! You brought back memories for me…I remember I was nicknamed Giggles for awhile in step class cause I was always laughing at myself. I would find myself on the wrong side of the bench or the wrong foot , facing the wrong way.. and the instructor would hear me laughing 🤣 and she would say “oh Giggles is here” 🤭 I still laugh at myself all the time cause like you say it’s only step no need to get frustrated!❤

I've been stepping with you for about 3 years. I'm fairly coordinated and picked up all the different step moves pretty easily ... but the MERRY GO ROUND!!! I would end up turning the wrong way, stepping on the wrong foot and, YES, I got a little bit frustrated. FINALLY, with this workout, I mastered the move. The slower pace helped and since I did this in the After Party, I could stop and really look at what you were doing. Today (Sunday) I feel like KING OF THE STEP!!!!!!!!! Thanks for a great workout.

When I first started your step workouts, I had never done it in the past (even though I am plenty old enough to have been working out when it first was popular!). When Guy was there this summer, it was my first live and I was totally lost but having fun. Just could not get my feet to cooperate. It does not seem like that long ago and it comes so naturally. It it still a blast and I love your choreography! Anytime I can do Walk the Dog or 10 point Spider I smile! Thanks for all of this and thanks for the supportive community as well!

I'm so glad no-one could see me try the merry-go-round - it was hilarious. Tripping over my giant size 3 feet - but didn't get frustrated - so unlike me. I will get it - this time last year, I couldn't get revolving door or around the world and now I can. So, time and just keep trying if you can't get a move. Loved this one. So, many moves packed into 45 mins. As always, thanks.
