Bravo Guru Ming. I'm 63 and love challenging myself (within limits) and using the stadium/track and playground for various training. Usually at the end of some footwork I'll walk the park balance beam to develop better balance cause as you know as we age balance is sooooo important. thanks for this video, it gives me some ideas that I'll add as I get better.
