I found your workouts about two months back. I've been working out using KZbin videos for a couple of years, and when I first tried your video, which was an after dinner walk exercise, I wasn't quite used to my instructor who was so chatty 😅. However, I soon found your comments very motivating and since then, when I'm feeling unmotivated and tired, I find myself searching for your low impact workouts as your chats make the workout go so much faster and easier. Thanks so help in helping to keep me fit!

I started your 30 minute cardio workout and soon realised I wasn't up to it today (normally enjoy it), so switched to this one, which was ideal for where I am today. Been off blood pressure meds for 3 weeks using your videos, hibiscus (sorrel) tea, avocados, beetroots and a daily salad. Thanks so very much.

Thanks, I really enjoyed your workout. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure a few days ago and I also take medication. Your workout is low impact but enough consistent for me. I fell good and I also burned 170 calories. Best wishes from Romania.

this is the first standing cardio workout I have done since toe fusion operation 13 weeks ago. I only had to adjust a little bit. I'm proud of myself to be able to do this. I have been doing the chair and mat exercises and some mobility ones thanks Caroline :)

I love this. Sweating steadily. My doctor wants to increase my BP dosage if it's doesn't improve by Jan 3rd. I am determined to lower it without increased dosage and this exercise right here is amaaaaazing. Sweating but not feeling strained. Thank you

Son had an accident and broke a couple of bones, contusion, abrassions, stitches = moms BP through the roof. I hope these exercises work for me. Thanks for posting.

I certainly appreciate your coaching, guiding with form cues, Caroline. Without them, I would be injured and then, really out of shape ... !!!! I'm still on the 10 min program. All I can say is thank you, you may have saved my life. It was 190/123. It was horrible. I think I was going to die. Changing my diet was not enough because at night I couldnt sleep I felt chess pain and I could feel my heart beating fast and back pain so I couldnt calm down because I thought I could passed away in my sleep which added more stress. In the morning my bpd was 145/110 and in the afternoon it would go up to 180/120. I feel better now when I started with your 10 min exercises and now it never goes over 150/105, I have reached 123/98. I'm on my third day so exercising really help i would say number 1 number you must stop adding salt and sugar to your food. Salt, sugar and no exercices are the real poison and mind you im only 37 years old.

Can you upload more mat workouts that reduce fat on thighs, inner thigh workout and butt workouts?It's a pleasure to work out with you, I came by your you tube videos by accident and all other subscriptions got "unsubscribed"!
