Dr. Williams is a national treasure! I agree that statins can be really helpful. I dropped my LDL by almost 40 points with a cheap generic statin (Rosuvastatin). I want to stay around for a long time with my sons, and I really appreciate Dr Williams’ insights to help figure out how!

I was a vegan for 1 year I used to watch all these videos and believe the information but the funny thing I was not feeling goon on wholefoods vegan diet eating all day high fiber foods. My bmi was normal i was active mountain biking and I would always be hungry like a cow. Bloated from rotting indigestible fiber in my colon. And finaly one day I decided to quit and went back to SAD diet. After that I saw something about carnivore diet I thought that was crazy how can someone be healthy eating that way. So I decided to try it myself and all can I say is I will never turn back. I fell amazing now, perfect digestion, no more sunburns, improved muscle mass , loss of abdominal fat. And I eat once or twice a day at least 2lbs if beef and 1 stick of butter a day. Who cares about cholesterol it doest cause heart disease.

Addiction to food products can certainly cause one to not feel as good. There is nothing about flesh of fellow animals, mother cow/goat lactation breast milk for her calf turned dairy products, and period eggs of female birds that promote human health. Animal products cause estrogen driven cancers such as prostate, breast, and endometrial cancers. All while, the only diet to ever show the reversal of our #1 killer: heart disease-with no drugs and surgery-has been proven by the elimination of all animal products.

Make your final arrangements soon, buddy. And get your Coronary Artery Calcium Score. (CT scan) You may feel better with a SAD or keto diet -- but your life will be significantly shorter.

@@rmtb9204 Denying the existence of scientific evidence does not disprove the facts. Consuming the dead bodies and secretions of fellow animals only fuels one’s own impotence. Erectile dysfunction and heart disease are manifestations of the same disease: Disease clogged arteries. It would be wise to eat the source of all essential nutrients directly from a diversity of legumes, fruits, whole grains, vegetables, nuts, seeds, herbs & spices, and fungi.

@bobthaler8828 that's the dumbest thing I've heard. Meat doesn't cause coronary artery disease or any other disease in humans. Maybe you should actually learn the actual cause of the disease it's not cholesterol...
