This move was originally created in 2007 by Bone Ho. He later released the DVD tutorial the was available only temporarily. That was 10 years ago. Now, if one wanted to learn this move, there is actually no where for them to learn it. The paid tutorial is no longer available. With the utmost respect for Bone Ho, in order to advance and grow a community, we cannot withhold learning materials from newcomers. If the tutorial were still available, I would not post this video. However, it isn't available, and it hasn't been for almost a decade. If you want to read more about the process I went to post this move go to / anaconda_tutorial_ethics
Hope you enjoyed the video, if you did, like and subscribe.
Comment any questions you had.

Glad he pulled out a deck that's six years old. New to this, saw many comments on Reddit saying you really can't use a clumped deck. Definitely gonna get fanning powder at some point, but I've been doing stuff on this clumped deck (with a new one on the side that I use less, to correct movements on). Definitely possible, but harder to do, but also, I've been finding that if I can do it on a clumped deck, I can do it on normal cards, and anything I can't do, is best tried out on a newer set of cards. Also, clumping has kinda made it nicer for me in the sense that I can just fiddle with cards in the background while doing other things and not be excessively worried that they'll drop and I have to pick them up over and over.

Thanks for the tutorial . You make it easy to understand. I still have to watch it afew time to make sure I didnt miss nothing , but your stuff is very clear. Im new at cardistry , the more I do it , the more fun it gets. For me , it seems to help me on my smoking as well . i mean when Im playing around with the cards , it distracts me from smoking as much . Cardistry is fun & helps me slow down on smoking at the same time, if that make scents lol Im still in the middle of learning the ANACONDA DRIBBLE , but I get the basic idea , thanks to your tutorial

I've been doing cardistry for a year and a half now.. I can do and learn pretty much the complex stuff but..... Am stilling having trouble with basics... After all keep it up guys you're the next dan and dave haha

wow dude, so thankful for you kindness. The encouragement really helps!! We'll definitely try and do some videos on helping you with those moves!! I can definitely give you one tip that'll help with the deck flip though... the cards actually stay together better if the cards are not squared up perfectly. I know it sounds weird but just try it. (: riffle shuffle and then don't square them up perfectly, you'd be surprised at the results

I have some issues with the catching, it most likely will fall off to my hand or stay in a very clumpy way, I'm using the straddle grip for catching it, any suggestions? And also, what's the benefit of having your index extended out while doing a dribble? I find it uncomfortable and unnatural, tried to do the riffle fan that way watching Dmitri's video itself and weeks went by with no improvements, I started to curl my index in and can now riffle fan pretty decently after about a month and a half, I notice my cards usually falls everywhere on my hands because a card hits the card that dropped before it and just flies out randomly, is my index finger's position and this related? ( Tried with index extended and curled, same results with the catch ).

Very nice tutorial ... too bad im.just now seeing this today cuz there isn't much i wouldn't do for one of them decks lol... so about the anaconda I have trouble if extending my index finger it feels wrong like I feel more accurate with my index finer along the side of the deck vs. Extended on top... but the way you demonstrated it is how everyone else has as well... great details 9n explanation bro thanks for sharing

More tips: Might be personal, but I find doing an anaconda in the opposite direction of the deck's bow is easier and makes for a better anaconda (generally, whatever way the cards are stiffer, the easier it is). When comfortable, you can start your anaconda at chest height and also drop your receiving hand. This makes for an easier and larger anaconda, minimises the effect raising your dribble arm has on the anaconda (also kinda has this kind of snake jaws opening and fangs and everything motif, which is cool). And a bit of a variation of what he does in this video, you can tilt your hand upwards instead at the peak of the anaconda so when the last card leaves your hand, every card is faced outwards and makes for a more visually appealing anaconda.

Great tutorial; very thorough. I just started learning this technique, but I think you may have (inadvertently, of course) left out one small detail when you describe the grip. I only bring this up because it helped me quite a bit (and will perhaps help other beginners), and that is beveling the cards before releasing them. As you can see at 1:52, the back edge of the cards are angled toward the thumb, while the front edge of the cards are all angled toward the pinky. This makes releasing one card at a time much easier (especially for a novice like me), as opposed to having the cards square. One problem I am having, however, is that my middle and ring fingers tend to 'get in the way' and after a few single cards of dropped. The cards don't fall unimpeded, but I'm not sure how to adjust my grip as I release cards with my thumb. Any advice?

thats a great point! I forgot to mention that! and hmmmmmm try and make sure that those fingers are barely overhanging off the edge. just like how my hand is barellyyyy holding onto the cards

when you're releasing the cards one at a time try rolling your middle index and pinky finger back towards the top of the pack so the cards don't get stuck on them
