Chains of Mephistopheles seems to be straightforward. After a player's draw step, if they were to draw a card, they discard instead. After discarding by this effect, they are then allowed to draw a card. However, if they can't discard by this effect, then they mill one instead. So, opposite day Chains should be: "If a player were to discard a card, they draw a card instead. If a player draws a card by this effect, they must are then allowed to discard a card. However, if they cannot discard by this effect, they must return one card from their graveyard to the top of their library."

Y'all could totally do an AI-moderated opposite day. Here's what Bing says about opposite-day Panharmonicon: "That sounds like a fun game! 😄 The opposite of “If an artifact or creature entering the battlefield causes a triggered ability of a permanent you control to trigger, that ability triggers an additional time.” could be something like: “If an artifact or creature leaving the battlefield causes a triggered ability of a permanent you don’t control to trigger, that ability doesn’t trigger at all.” This would mean that any effects that happen when an artifact or creature dies, is exiled, or is returned to hand would be negated for your opponents, while your own effects would still work normally. This could be very powerful in a game of Magic, especially if you have ways to sacrifice or bounce your own permanents for value."
