Can u pls suggest which household work is good or bad in third trimester
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
@@Class3Evs Unfortunately, this is something which cannot be answered in general because it depends on the position of your baby and the stage of your pregnancy. For example: if your baby is in a good position but not engaged, work that involves squatting can be good. If your baby is in a good position and engaged and you try to get labor started, then many doctors recommend mobbing the floor on your knees to get labor started. So, it all depends 😊

Hi there 😊, thanks so much for your lovely feedback! 😊 😘 Regarding your question: If your baby is facing your front, it is called an "occiput posterior" position. We are not gonna lie to you: this could cause problems during labor, in the sense that things will go slower. BUT: the good news is that most babies will rotate into a better position during labor (in fact, only 5% of occiput posterior babies are still posterior when they are being delivered). However, there are things that you can do to help the baby get into a better position before labor: kzbin.info/www/bejne/raDYeGZjprt0ntE. They are not SUPER effective but it's all you really can do... During labor, it is easier for a baby to rotate into a better position because of the contractions. Sill, the things that we mention in this video DID help many women to rotate the baby already before labor... Maybe they will help you too? We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Ever since second trimester I have trouble sleeping on my side, not as bad as with my first, but when I sleep I’m constantly tossing and turning from one side to the other because of intense pain on my hips. And when I’m sleeping elevated, I find myself quite flat again by morning. I hope it won’t affect my baby or labor.
@CareAboutLittleOnes3 ай бұрын
Hi there 😊, we can only tell you this much: we have really come across many cases like yours! And although studies do show that sleeping on your back is not the best for your baby, we have never come across any cases when turning from one side to the other and eventually waking up lying flat on the back in the morning has harmed the baby in any way. Personally, we assume that as long as you constantly change position, it will probably not affect the baby. But again, that's just a personal opinion... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Really helpful! But from when this forward sitting position to be followed for a good pull down?
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there 😊, thanks a lot for your feedback! 😘 We are very happy to hear that you find our video helpful! 😊 We normally start with this no later than week 35, unless baby is either not head down or not in a good position for labor (f.e. facing your front instead of your back)! In that case, we start even earlier, like from week 32. This sitting position provides baby with more room to find a better position inside the womb. Don't worry that you will go into labor too early, that's not gonna happen! What we show here only supports the baby to find a better position for labor. As a result, we make it more likely for baby to be in said position at the end of your pregnancy, so that baby's head puts more pressure on the cervix. This in turn will make it more likely that you go into labor spontaneously at the end of your pregnancy - and that's the goal. Finally, please keep in mind that you don't have to sit in that position all the time to make this work. We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

I never heard before that you need to keep your knees below the pelvis. It does make sense tho. Now I have strong edemas (puffy/watery feets) and its recommended to sit and put legs up (>90°). Otherwise I cant walk properly. I'm in my last 2 weeks of pregnancy. What do I do? Also, will the edemas disappear once I go into active labor so I can move more and squat maybe? Right now it's not possible for me.
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there Sabina 😊, very good questions!!😊 The edemas are unlikely to disappear before you go into labor! Unfortunately, some women do suffer from these strong edemas during their pregnancy. And in that case, it is really better to keep the legs up regularly! Because otherwise, it could impair your circulation. And the outcome of that can be worse than not sitting in an optimal position. However, please do not worry too much about that! You can still go into labor spontaneously, no matter if you sit with your knees lower than your pelvis or not. What we show here is just supposed to support the whole process. As for labor, we would not worry too much either! It's really not necessary to be up and moving all the time. If you can manage to be mostly upright (or sitting upright) and then just rest whenever you feel like you need to rest, this will totally do! Just listen to your body!! We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there 😘, we are very sorry to hear that!! 🙁 You basically already do the right thing: sitting in the position we show in this video, but also sleeping in this position (kzbin.info/www/bejne/oai3lYOJqr6tgJI) can be helpful. Moreover, we also posted a video on how to help a baby engage on our channel (kzbin.info/www/bejne/d2nCe4eNdrh6ftk). We also want to point out that SOME babies only engage AFTER labor has started. So, a C-section is normally only the very last option, if baby does indeed not engage during labor. But this hardly ever happens! Your contractions will normally take care of that! So, please, do not give your hopes up!!! 😘 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️

Dont listen to the doctor dear, they just saying that to every woman that she needs c section cause they want money. Especially india pakistan doctor system is corrupt. Wait for your contractions to start to give a normal birth, there is no problem with babys chin, head is down so baby is ready for birth. Or go to a good doctor to make your contractions start that’s how it should be done, it is totally wrong and a lie if they dont make your contractions start with medicine and say that you need operetion. Doctors will force you for c section but dear dont allow them that please and dont believe them their lies about how in “danger” baby is etc.. they always say this bullshits just because of money.

Been having pre labor contractions for almost two weeks now😭 I’m 39 weeks and 5 days today… I want to Scream and get this baby out already 😂😂so tired
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there 😘, poor you!! This is brutal!! We can totally understand that you are tired! 😬 Whenever something like this happens, it is more or less always because the baby is trying to find a better position. For example: when baby is facing your front instead of your back, baby will try to rotate into a better position. Once this has happened, baby's head can put more pressure on the cervix. This will help with the contractions and the dilation. In other words, it helps labor progress. Unfortunately, we only cover what to do when pre-labor is prolonged in our birth preparation course because this is really stuff that we cannot cover in a video on youtube... However, basically, labor positions are the key to help baby get into a better position. Maybe, your midwife can give you some helpful tips as well - based on your specific situation...!! We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hi doctor keep telling me he has to feel pass baby head to feel cervix how is that if baby is In cervix
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there 😊, your baby's head is not literally IN your cervix at this stage of your pregnancy. Instead, your baby's head is right at the interior opening of the cervix (the opening to the uterus, which is also called os). At the end of your pregnancy, when you start to dilate, the cervix is gonna be a bit open. As a result, your doctor can feel your baby's head - although this very much depends on baby's location. Does this answer your question? We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

I‘ve obviously been sitting in the worst position the last couple of weeks (at now 32 weeks). Unfortunately my baby has an awkward position with its head putting anlogt of pressure on my right rib, just like my 2nd born who never turned before birth unfortunately. That‘s why I‘ve been leaning back a lot and it makes leaning forward even more uncomfortable. Any tips to get my baby out of this odd position (except the sleeping position and the exercises tobten breech babies)?
@CareAboutLittleOnes6 ай бұрын
Hi there 😊, yes, we totally get why leaning forward is very uncomfortable in that case. 😬 Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to come up with good advice without palpating your belly. We can only tell you what has worked for us in the past: Our main strategy to turn breech babies are our breech baby turning exercises (kzbin.info/www/bejne/m17OmWmkrayeec0). But it seems that you know them already. The forward leaning position of that approach can often help the baby change position in situations when baby seems "stuck" in one and the same position. Once that is done, it is then (normally) easier to turn the baby. However, not every woman is allowed to do this exercise. And so, oftentimes, we have used birth ball exercises (kzbin.info/www/bejne/jmTWgIKYpr97qLs) to help baby get out of the "stuck position" first before we then try to turn the baby. Again, it is difficult for us to say which approach could help in your situation. What we tell you here are just things that worked for SOME women (but certainly not for all of them). Maybe you have the chance to see a very experienced doula or midwife who could give you some tips that could help in your specific situation? We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

So why is it that my contractions are frequent throughout the day and then they completely stall at night? Contractions are in between braxton hicks and true Labor.
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 күн бұрын
Hi there 😘, that's interesting because we normally observe it the other way round (IF the intensity of the contractions keeps changing so consistently - which is rare). There can be many explanations for this: it could be prodromal labor, it could be baby trying to find a better position for labor (which can often effect the body itself and contractions), it could be that the upright position triggers contractions (f.e. through downward pressure on the cervix), while the horizontal position at night does not. Unfortunately, when it comes to pregnancies, we really have to say: there is nothing that does not exist... 🙈🙈

We explain how it works in this video (actually, everything that we explain in this video could help): kzbin.info/www/bejne/jmTWgIKYpr97qLs And then once a woman is 34+ weeks pregnant, we have found that "moxibustion" in combination with breech baby turning exercises is more effective to turn a baby. Is castor oil best for baby? Some recommendations are says it's not suitable for baby. Please answer
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there 😊, we are not aware of any recent studies which reported any adverse affects of Castor oil, neither on the mother, nor the baby. The only thing which CAN happen are nasty side effects like nausea, vomiting and diarrhea (although diarrhea is somewhat wanted because it is that effect on your intestines which can cause labor to start). In about 7% of all cases, the side effects will be severe (i.e. extreme nausea and vomiting). We do know that there are also lots of rumors about Castor oil killing babies. For example: it is claimed that Castor oil causes a baby to poop in the womb which would then kill a baby. However, we have no idea how this is supposed to happen because all that Castor oil does is cause a certain reaction in your intestines. And it is hoped that that reaction has a spill-over effect on the uterus. So, if that causes any danger to the baby, one would expect the same to happen when eating spicy food, for instance. So, again, we are not aware of any scientific studies which found a link between Castor oil and stillbirth. Still, we DO recommend talking with your doctor before taking castor oil. Maybe there are good reasons why you should not try it according to your doctor... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there! 😊 Very good question! Actually, women whose abdomen is pendulous often have the opposite problem compared to what we explain here. Because then the center of gravity of your baby may be so far forward that your baby is not well aligned with your pelvis. In that case, it is better to try a semi-reclining position because leaning backwards moves the center of gravity of the fetus toward the back. Hi there 😘, we have seen many cases like yours: doctors set a certain deadline and now you are very worried that you don't go into labor before that deadline. The problem with your situation is that it is a vicious circle: you are worried. This can prevent labor from starting. This causes you to be even more worried. And thus it is even more unlikely that labor starts. In cases like yours, we focus all of our treatments on one goal: relaxation and the management of fears and worries. We mostly do this with acupressure and reflexology. In more severe cases, we also use tools that are used in professional therapy. However, anything that helps you relax can help: yoga is great, meditation, a massage treatment. Whatever helps you. And then in addition to that, there are also ways to support your body go into labor: In this video (kzbin.info/www/bejne/bqPImZWrpdybsLs) we explain several tools to prepare the cervix for labor and to induce labor. Moreover, birth ball exercises could help (kzbin.info/www/bejne/i5jVk4KZaciYmLs) On top of that, the right sitting position can also support the whole process (kzbin.info/www/bejne/gWbYqZmoZb59lac) We really hope this helps! my baby doesn't let me sit down in leaning forward position. he kicks me because his room gets a little tighter 🤣🤣
@CareAboutLittleOnes Жыл бұрын
Hi there Priscilla 😊, thanks a lot for sharing this with us! Your baby is not even born, but he is already telling you what to do! This sounds familiar... (we have a son too) 😅 We can confirm: babies often do that when they don't like mom's position! And it often has to do with their own position in the womb, which they change more or less often (depending on the baby). We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

My first delivery is by c section..now i am 9 month pregnant is normal delivery is possible
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there 😊, in general, it IS possible to have a normal delivery if your last delivery was a C-section. However, whether or not you are a good candidate is something that only your doctor can tell you because only they know your pregnancy case. That said, in order to give you an idea if you are a good candidate for VBAC or not, we recorded a video which you might find helpful: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y6PIYpKBeMx-jas We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Wow! I immediately leaned forward and it felt REALLY comfortable on myself, probably the baby felt better too 💕 Edit: Thank you so much for sharing!!!
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there Natalia 😊, thanks a lot for sharing! 😘 Yes, it is really a cool thing because when you sit upright, your baby's body better aligns with your pelvis. As a result, it takes away some of the pressure on your back and baby can more easily move into your pelvis. A WIN-WIN situation... 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

I'm 33 weeks pregnant and my cervix is already dilate about 4cm and my placenta is low laying... Delivery at this stage have any complications?? Also normal delivery is possible with low laying placenta?
@CareAboutLittleOnes Жыл бұрын
Hi there 😘, please note that at this early stage, your baby is still premature. Therefore, if you deliver your baby now, there can always be complications... Therefore, it is important that you do everything your doctor tells you to so that your labor does not start. You want to keep that little one in there, ideally at least until week 37. So, I hope your doctor has given you some good advice on what to do in your situation! By the way: normally, you CAN have a normal delivery with a low-lying placenta. But it depends on HOW LOW the placenta is lying. If you have been diagnosed with placenta previa, you will not be able to give birth to your baby because the "exit" is covered.... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

What should I do from 27 week to easier labour Plz reply
@CareAboutLittleOnes Жыл бұрын
Hi there 😊, the best thing to do NOW to prepare for your delivery is exercising and a healthy diet! Both can support a healthy pregnancy which makes a smooth delivery more likely simply because of the lower risk of developing complications already during your pregnancy. On top of that, exercises help your baby find a good position. And they will also help your body to endure when you are in labor... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

I thought castor oil can cause baby to poop in the amniotic fluid and it should be avoided?
@CareAboutLittleOnes6 ай бұрын
Hi there 😊, there are all kinds of rumors about what castor oil does to the baby. However, so far, we have not seen any scientific evidence that that's the case. If you are aware of any studies that show any adverse effects on the baby, please share them with us! We would very much like to see them! Thank you! 😊

I'm 41 weeks Plus 1 day pregnant and no labor yet, but I have a lot of pelvic pain and some times back pain. Is there anything you can suggest to me to have labor naturally induced. I am glad I stumbled into your video. Thank you for your teachings

Hi there 😊, the following video might give you some insights as to why your labor is not starting kzbin.info/www/bejne/nXiUop58i5yspKc. And of course, the videos that we mention in the description of that video are supposed to help you! That said, there are several things which have helped other women in similar situations to get contractions started. 1. Nipple stimulation (just keep in mind that it may not be done with a few minutes per day - some women we know had to do this for 1-2 hours per day to make it work) 2. Reflexology (same as nipple stimulation: it may not be done with a few minutes per day only) 3. Acupuncture (acupuncture itself cannot induce labor; however, it can help in cases when a woman cannot go into labor because of high stress levels. So if you are really stressed, acupuncture could help) 4. Exercises on a birthing ball Of course, there is also Castor oil. However, personally, we always treat Castor oil as last resort simply because of the side effects (mostly nausea). Also, you can never be sure if it is going to work... Still, it CAN be super effective for labor induction. Just discuss with your doctor first, if Castor oil is the right tool in your particular case... We talk more about these tools and also how to apply them in these 2 videos: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bqPImZWrpdybsLs (reflexology, nipple stimulation, Castor oil) kzbin.info/www/bejne/i5jVk4KZaciYmLs (birth ball exercises) And then of course, there is also relaxation: sometimes, the start of labor takes longer because stress hormones interfere with labor hormones. This can be a particular problem if fear is a topic (f.e. when a woman is afraid of labor). Anger could also be a reason. In that case, it can help to work on those stress levels, f.e. with the help of a massage treatment, mediation, yoga, whatever relaxes you. OR if it is indeed anger or fear, a therapist might help (or just talking with a friend). We hope this helps! 😊

what if your feet/ankles swell when you're sitting?
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there 😊, it depends: a certain degree of swelling in your feet is not uncommon when you are at the end of your pregnancy. However, if the swelling becomes so severe that it affects the entire circulation of the body, then it is best not to sit in such positions that we show in this video... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hi there Penelope 😊, oh, poor you! ☹️ Why does it make you so said that you are overdue? Statistically, there are millions of healthy babies every single months who are born overdue! Trust that your body knows what it is doing! Besides, such strong emotions won't help you go into labor! Try to relax! Get all the support that you can get from family and friends! You can do it!!! Sending you lots of positive thoughts! 😘😘

Hello I am 41 weeks pregnant but no signs of labor what should I do help
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there 😘, first of all, please note that on average, a pregnancy lasts between 38 and 42 weeks. Everything within that range is considered "normal". So maybe, it's just too early for your body at this point... Moreover, there are many factors which play a role here, such as the position of your baby and the state of your cervix! That said, in general, several things could help induce labor: In this video (kzbin.info/www/bejne/bqPImZWrpdybsLs) we explain several tools to prepare the cervix for labor and to induce labor. Moreover, birth ball exercises could help (kzbin.info/www/bejne/i5jVk4KZaciYmLs) On top of that, the right sitting position can also support the whole process (kzbin.info/www/bejne/gWbYqZmoZb59lac) We really hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
