Hi everyone. Just an update. So about 2 weeks ago I had concern. About a natural birth experience but my Doc had wanted to induce labor at week 38 due to my gastational diabetes. I saw this video did exactly that they recommended and reached out to CareAbout Little Ones about my concern. They responded in a timely manner in which helped me. And great news I deliver my energetic baby boy at 38wks 4days naturally without any induction. You guys are the best and I thank you for your guidance. First time mom if you want to go naturally trust me these guys are the best help. However I am going to look for some videos on postpartum recovery as I did got tare and stitches. Thanks

Hi there Judy! 😊 THANKS SO MUCH for sharing this with us!! First of all: CONGRATULATIONS on your newborn from the 2 of us!! 🥳🥳🥳 It's always great to hear that women gave birth to their sweet healthy babies! 😍 Second, THANKS SO MUCH for your kind and lovely feedback!! 😘 It is MUCH appreciated and it makes us incredibly proud that our videos helped you have a spontaneous and all natural delivery!! 😊😍 We are sorry to hear that you teared though! 😬 But unfortunately, sometimes, it just happens because there are many factors which play a role here, such as baby's size, midwife's skills etc. Therefore, many women are going to tear even with the best perineal preparation... We do have a video on postpartum recovery though which might help you: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gnzWpXt4rqlmeas. There are a few tips in there, particularly regarding the use of witch hazel, which you might find helpful for your recovery... We hope this helps! In the meantime, we want to thank you once more and we wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! Enjoy every minute with your sweet little boy! 🥰 ❤️

I did have a good labor and delivery my baby was 8 pounds and I labored all at home and got to hospital 9 1/2, 10cm after they broke my water and pushed 15 minutes was at hospital less that 30 mins before I had her haha I did it all natural. I was exactly 39 weeks and I’ve been doing all these besides sex for the past three ish weeks and idk which one worked but I did acupressure last so must’ve been that one! At some point, you just want your body back! 😊 We'd love to help so that you can apply the right kind of tools (and in the right order)! Mine was induced labor due to some medical issues. But i got delivered vaginally without epidural. Labor was just 15 minutes and my boy came out in 2 pushes as I manifested. Episiotomy stitches are giving me hard times. Hopefully will get healed soon. Thank you both of you❤

My baby was born 39 week + 4 days. My wife dilated 3cm and stayed there for almost 24 hours. I tried the acupressure on her big toes because it was the only one I remember how to do and felt easiest. At first it didn’t seem to work because I didn’t press hard and long enough. After I pressed with both thump and hold at least 1 minute each time, my wife started dilating more. It could be a coincidence. I don’t know. But it didn’t hurt my wife and baby when I tried it. I’m glad I tried it. She finally gave birth naturally in a few hours after I tried it. She and our baby are both healthy and in good shape. I’ll do it again next time😅. Thank you for so much helpful information!

Oh wow!! What a great feedback! Thanks so much for sharing this with us! 😊👍 First of all: CONGRATULATIONS on your baby from the 2 of us!!! 🥳🥳🥳 We also want to thank you that you were such a great support during your wife's labor!! We need more partners like you!! 👍👍 It is no surprise that this acupressure point helped your wife! That's because that acupressure point stimulates the pituitary glands which releases all those important hormones, such as oxytocin. And that's exactly what you need in such situations to speed things up! So, well done!! It was the right one to press in this moment! But now only that: we also like that you did not give up and kept stimulating the toes with both your thumbs! 😊 Again, thanks so much for sharing this! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you, your wife and your baby and a great recovery for the entire family! ❤️

Hi again 👋🏻 I have to be induced in 9 hours because baby has reached 4kg and since I have asthma, they’re afraid of complications during labour/pushing 😞 I’m only 3cm dilated so far and I had the doctor do a membrane sweep earlier so hopefully that will irritate my uterus for my cervix to soften and dilate. Please pray for us. Thank you, you 2. Lots of love all the way from Singapore/Malaysia. 👶🏻😍

Hi there! ❤️ We are very sorry to hear that you have asthma and that they thus need to induce you! ❤️ The only thing we can think of which might help induce labor at this point, is nipple stimulation. However, it is very hard to make this work if you are under time pressure! In any case: please don't worry too much! Women are being successfully induced every single day! We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby! We are sending you lots of prayers and positive thoughts! ❤️

Hi there Michelle 😊, thanks SO MUCH for your feedback!! 😊 We are very happy whenever we hear that people from all over the world are watching our videos and find them helpful! 🥳 We do hope that these tips will help you too! The most important thing is preparing the body for labor (and to help it soften the cervix), for example, with dates and acupressure and exercises. When you do that, we normally see that women go into labor spontaneously around their due date (or whenever their body is ready for labor) without even needing to naturally induce labor... Please keep us posted! If you have any questions, please let us know! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️

I have gone from having a (high, long cervix 2cm dilated) to (anterior, short, 3cm dilated) with mucus plug and bloody show! These things really work!! Also, as a side note, I did do these things in combination with taking RRLT and I also tried the Castor Oil on the first day. BABY IS SO CLOSE I CANT BELIEVE THIS ACTUALLY WORKS!

One point, I'm not sure if it is in this video or another one, I think it is this one - regarding castor oil, a midwife told us today that evidence shows castor oil can produce arrythmias in baby's heart and so it is no longer recommended. Thought I would just share this as feedback. However the rest of your suggestions and guidance which I have noted, our midwife did agree with.@@CareAboutLittleOnes
@CareAboutLittleOnes Жыл бұрын
@@basejumper01 Hi there again! 😊 Thanks a lot for this input! We are always very grateful for such information. 😊 That said, we immediately looked into the most recent research about Castor oil. Unfortunately, we have not found a single study that shows a link between castor oil and arrythmias in babies. Is your midwife able to provide a link to such studies? If so, we would be very grateful for it. You know, personally, we are always a bit skeptical when we hear such statements. For example, many doctors claim that Castor oil causes a baby to poop in the womb, although there is not a single quality study out there that found evidence that this is case. So, we would really be interesting to know, if your midwife has indeed read said studies herself or if it is "just" something she claims... Again, thanks so much! Any input is much appreciated! 😊
@basejumper01 Жыл бұрын
@@CareAboutLittleOnes Thank you for your feedback. Interesting, I will endeavour to ask the midwife about what research she has found to suggest any connection. I agree in principle with you - much of what establishment figures say can be difficult to evidence when one looks into it. My own healing journey from chronic dis-eases taught me this, I was able to cure myself of life long chronic symptoms which establishment medicine had never been able to help me cure in over 20 years, and I did this by doing a lot of research myself and finding actual cures via detoxification and super nutrition practices (extended juice fasting) which has changed my life ever since for the better. So, for now I would say fair comment, unless our midwife is able to provide evidence to the contrary, as it stands the evidence, as far as you say, supports your position on this.
@CareAboutLittleOnes Жыл бұрын
@@basejumper01 Thanks a lot for sharing this with us! 😊 Actually, Mathias went through a similar journey. He suffered from a chronic disease for more than 8 years. And it was only thanks to things like detoxification, nutrition and natural treatments that he was able to recover from it eventually... Anyways, we would be very happy to hear more about any studies your midwife can provide! Thanks a lot! 😊

I'm expecting a baby boy who so far is measuring about 2 weeks bigger than he should be. Going to 40 weeks is scary right now.
@CareAboutLittleOnes Жыл бұрын
Hi there 😘, when you say "2 weeks bigger than he should be", do you mean that he measures 2 weeks more compared to an AVERAGE baby at 40 weeks (i.e. one that is on the 50th percentile on the growth chart)? Because if so, it is not necessarily a reason to worry. Some babies are just bigger than others. So, for example, if your baby is somewhere on the 75th percentile on the growth chart, that itself does not necessarily mean that there is a problem UNLESS of course your doctor DID tell you that there is a medical problem...?

Hi there 😊, thanks SO MUCH for your kind feedback!! 😘 It makes us super happy to hear that you like our channel!! 😊 Regarding your question: It's not easy! 😬 The most "reliable" way to help with round ligament pain seems to be acupuncture. At least, acupuncture has helped many women at the clinic. However. it certainly did not help EVERY woman. That said, some women have also reported that the pain improved with the same kind of exercises that we would also do in case of pelvic girdle pain (kzbin.info/www/bejne/iaKsn3qtpNporJI). However, we are not sure if all those cases were indeed cases of round ligament pain or if those women actually suffered from pelvic girdle pain because sometimes, women report very similar symptoms in both cases... Unfortunately, that's all we can say about round ligament pain... We still hope this information helps you! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby! ❤️

UPDATE BELOW! Trying nipple stimulation with the massage setting on my breast pump and trying castor oil for the second time tonight (with doctors approval). Last night it gave me contractions every 2 minutes for 12 hours but I didn’t go to the hospital knowing they weren’t painful enough because I could still walk and talk through them. They stopped around 7am, but my next checkup 3 hours later shows a 1CM increase in dilation, very soft cervix and 1 station improvement to -1 compared to last week. First baby. Love your videos! Thanks for all you share! UPDATE: (I really appreciated everyone else’s success stories so here’s mine!) I tried it again with permission from my doctor and went into labor that same night! I had gotten my membrane stripped at my appointment at 11am also. 4pm castor oil with almond butter and pineapple juice. Contractions started later and weaker this time. I bounced a bit on a yoga ball around 11pm, contractions were a good bit more painful but I was still skeptical. Tried to sleep but they woke me up every 4 minutes. Decided to go to the hospital and immediately my water broke at 1:45am while still at home. Got much more painful. Hospital at 2am at 5cm. Epidural 3 hours later and though I was dilated to 10cm soon after, I didn't start pushing until 11:30am while baby dropped to a lower station. Had our beautiful baby by 1:30pm! Husband is in school and it was important to us to get the baby out soon while he was on break for the holidays. She was 3 days early and much bigger than expected at 9.2 lbs. Glad she didn't have the chance to grow anymore in the womb! Also, didn't have any extreme GI reactions to the castor oil. Very comfortable experience. Second time, didn't even cause a bowel movement.

Oh, that's fantastic! 😊 Thanks so much for sharing! You know, the key here is that every little step gets you closer to your goal! For example: if your baby's station "improved", the increased pressure of your baby's head on your cervix will also help with the dilation and - eventually. - help get labor started... So, don't give up! Most probably, you will soon hold that sweet little thing in your arms!! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

37 weeks but baby is big and the doctor is wanting to schedule a csection for 39 weeks. I’ve been having a lot of labour symptoms recently so hoping in the next week or so to attempt naturally inducing and avoiding the csection. Thank you for this video 💖
@CareAboutLittleOnes3 жыл бұрын
Hi there Georgina 😊, if you have had a lot of labor symptoms already, then there is normally a better chance to make natural labor induction work. 😊 Also, if the problem is not that your pelvis is too narrow to give birth for your baby, then there is also the option of a medical induction, in case you do not go into labor spontaneously. In other words, there is not just the option of natural labor induction. You also have a second option, a medical induction, to avoid a C-section (again, unless there are medical reasons for a C-section of course)... But again, don't worry! We really see this very often that women who have lots of labor symptoms find it easier to naturally induce labor... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you GOOD LUCK with the labor preparations and ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️

Don’t let big babies scare you. The national average for the USA is 7lb5oz and my smallest baby was 8lbs-largest 10lb2oz. Besides, ultrasound weights are guesstimates and not completely accurate. I have had zero pregnancy or birth complications. Know that delivering in your back reduces pelvic space by 30%. A supported squat or hands and knees position opens up the pelvis wider and is beneficial for a larger baby and can reduce tearing. Laboring in water also reduces tearing bc the water softens the perineum so it stretches better. I know my OB loves interventions like most OB’s seem to in the US. It’s best to educate yourself and advocate for yourself.

My doctor said the same thing that my baby is big but they haven’t told me yet if I need c section or not. My guess is he will be 8-9 lbs. the dad was 10lbs when born and I was almost at 8. I have an appointment next week for ultrasound so they can see. But tbh it’s more the height they’re saying is big about him. I had my first at 33 weeks and she was already tall for being born so early. So I’m thinking they are watching me because they don’t want him too big because that could cause me pain which if has been honestly. I know when my grandma was pregnant with my aunt she almost broke her ribs because she was getting too big and my grandma was very small woman then. I’m also having labor symptoms recently. There’s days I nest at night time after I was just tired😂 the last time they checked me for dilation was weeks ago and I was already 3cm so hopefully if they check me again I’m more🙏

Thanks for your videos.😊 I'm already 38 weeks and 5 days pregnant and still close cervix.🙁 I'm a first time mom and I can't help but worry that my cervix may not dilate in time. I really want to experience natural childbirth. My husband and I have been following your tips and suggestions. Hope they work for me🙏
@CareAboutLittleOnes3 жыл бұрын
You are most welcome!! ❤️ We know that many women fear that hey won't dilate in time if their cervix is still closed by a certain week. However, please note that every woman is different. Some don't see any changes at all for the longest time and then everything happens really fast, like within days, sometimes within hours only. Some even go into labor FIRST, before the cervix starts to dilate. In our experience, the most important "tool" to help a woman dilate faster is exercising, particularly exercises on a birthing ball. It was found in clinical studies that women who were exercising on a birthing ball in their last weeks of pregnancy had a much better Bishop score (which tells you how ready the cervix is for labor). And that's kind of what we see at the clinic too. At the clinic, we would try a combination of acupuncture and reflexology, to help prepare the cervix and ideally to help the woman get some first contractions. Once that has been accomplished, we would continue with nipple stimulation (just note that 10 min per day won't be enough; it needs to be MUCH longer 😊). Of course, you can also try acupressure and reflexology at home. In fact, if you have a husband who is willing to do that for you, that's very very helpful (kudos to him!!). Finally, please don't forget to relax! It sounds so trivial, but it's really important as stress hormones can interfere with labor hormones. It happens very often in women who are told that they will be induced if they don't dilate very soon. As a result, they put a lot of pressure on themselves That's is probably the reason why the application of acupuncture often leads to the desired results. Not so much because of its ability to prepare the cervix. It's more the ability to relax the woman which is something that is very difficult to accomplish with acupressure. So, try to find ways to relax (back massage, meditation, yoga etc.). We hope that you find these thoughts somewhat helpful! Don't worry too much about your dilation! Just focus on the very moment when you hold a healthy sweet little baby in your arms! That moment is what's important. Less important is HOW you get there. Trust that your body is capable of doing it (billions of other women have done it too)!! All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️❤️

This is my second pregnancy and castor oil unfortunately did not work for me even with a soft, ripe cervix, 3 centimeters dilation, 75% effacement, and my baby’s head being engaged. I’m trying nipple stimulation currently every day for an hour or more a day and ONLY have gotten Braxton Hicks contractions 🙄 At this point for me, I’ll just have to continue waiting until they decide to induce me medically.
@CareAboutLittleOnes3 жыл бұрын
Hi there Kate 😊, we had a few cases like yours at the clinic. Nothing seemed to help induce labor (naturally), although those women had every sign that told us: their body is definitely ready for labor. In our experience, this can happen if something in the body blocks the release of labor hormones. In fact, in about 75% of those cases, we were still able to successfully induce labor eventually, once we treated those women for stress and anxiety. This means a combination of several things: - A combination of acupuncture and reflexology for stress relief - Application of relaxation techniques which included deep breathing techniques (please note that the kind of relaxation technique very much depended on the preferences of the woman: some preferred yoga, some Tai Chi, some meditation etc.) - Aromatherapy including lavender (we just used a diffusor with lavender essential oil) - And in severe cases of anxiety, we had to address that anxiety directly, for example, through conversations (often done by a therapist) or by tools which helped them deal with their fears and worries (here is an example: www.therapistaid.com/therapy-worksheet/worry-exploration-questions) Maybe one or several of these tools could help you too? That said, in about 25% of those cases, we were not able to induce labor. And unfortunately, we still don't have an explanation why it did not work... Still, we hope this information will help you! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby! ❤️

HI there Christine 😊, please don't be discouraged just yet! On average, a pregnancy lasts between 38 and 42 weeks. Everything within that range is considered "normal". That said, there ARE things which have helped other women in similar situations: 1. Nipple stimulation (just keep in mind that it may not be done with a few minutes per day) 2. Reflexology (same as nipple stimulation: it may not be done with a few minutes per day only) 3. Acupuncture (this can work particularly well if your stress levels are really high; and please note: it has to be acupuncture; acupressure would most probably not help in your case) 4. Exercises on a birthing ball Of course, there is also Castor oil. However, personally, we always treat Castor oil as last resort simply because of the side effects. Also, you can never be sure if it is going to work... Still, it CAN be super effective for labor induction. We talk more about these tools and also how to apply them in these 2 videos: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bqPImZWrpdybsLs (reflexology, nipple stimulation, Castor oil) kzbin.info/www/bejne/i5jVk4KZaciYmLs (birth ball exercises) Moreover, please also try to relax as good as possible! We know, it's not easy. But please try not to put too much pressure on yourself because this would just cause a lot of stress! And stress COULD prevent you from going into labor. So please, try to find ways to relax (meditation, yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, a back massage - whatever you find most relaxing!). Finally, keep in mind that things can sometimes go really fast. A woman may not see any signs of labor whatsoever. And then a moment later, she is in labor and a few hours later her baby is born (we have seen many such cases). So, don't give up!! Trust that everything will be okay and that your body knows exactly what it is doing!! We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️

According to my scan on Saturday I am 39 weeks 4 days and my EDD is the 10th of August, but from my LMP my EDD is 24th of August, which should I go by? From the scan it shows my baby weighs 3.7 kg is it accurate.

Can someone pls help on this
@CareAboutLittleOnes3 жыл бұрын
Hi there Victoria 😊, it's really very difficult to say because the most accurate EDD is based on the ultrasound which is done before week 12. Ultrasound scans which are done very late in a pregnancy are often not really accurate because at some point, every baby starts to develop differently in terms of size and weight. Therefore, personally, we would go with the LMP. However, the accuracy of the LMP approach really depends on the cycle you had... Question: did they not do an ultrasound before week 12? It normally produced the most accurate EDD... When it comes to the weight, unfortunately, it is impossible for us to tell you if it is accurate. If your doctor has done a good job, it will certainly be very close to that weight. Just keep in mind that it is not an easy task for a doctor to determine the weight based on an ultrasound... We hope this still helps you! All the best for you and your baby! ❤️

Thanks so much for your kind words Pristine!! It really makes us happy when viewers tell us that they find our videos helpful! 😊❤️ Btw, if your doctor allows it, exercise is the most important tool to prepare your body for labor, as we have not only seen in many scientific studies, but we also see it all the time at the clinic... For example, a 30 minutes walk per day is already a great way to prepare for labor. Alternatively (or in addition), exercises on a birthing ball have a great positive effect on the cervix (in terms of effacement and dilation). We explain how they work in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i5jVk4KZaciYmLs All the best for you and your baby and much love from London back to the Philippines!! ❤️❤️

40+5 and i was barely half a centimeter dilated at 40w. Is it still possible for me to dilate and start contractions within the next 3-4 days? Have you guys seen this happen? By the way, thank you for your informative video. I’m so glad and happy I found you.
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there Michelle 😊, first of all, thanks SO MUCH for your lovely feedback!! 😘 We are very happy to hear that you find our content helpful! Regarding your question: First of all, yes: we really see this all the time: women who are not dilated at all (or only very little). And then they dilate very fast over a short period of time and go into labor. It happens all the time! 😊 But please don't worry too much about your dilation! We know that many women are concerned about being dilated before labor starts (mostly because doctors make a big thing out of it). The reality is that, IDEALLY, you are one finger-width dilated before labor starts if this is your first baby, and two fingers if this is not your first baby. And that's simply because we see that in such cases, a woman is more likely to go into labor spontaneously. But again, we also know LOTS of women who were not dilated at all before labor started, but still went into labor spontaneously and had a normal delivery, without any complications whatsoever... So, the most important thing is to get those contractions started. And the most important way to do so at the stage of pregnancy you are in, is - believe it or not - relaxation. Women who are 40+ weeks pregnant often put a lot of pressure on themselves. Doctors "threaten" to induce them. And they try to go into labor within a short period of time. That stress they are then exposed to, is exactly what can prevent labor from starting in the first place. And that's the very reason, why we often see women go into labor when we focus our treatments on relaxation... So, yes, exercising, acupressure etc. are all great! But please don't forget to calm your mind! Have an acupuncture treatment, have a nice massage treatment, whatever calms you. And don't worry about an induction! Just focus on that very moment, when you will finally hold that baby in your arms! Once you find yourself in that moment, you don't care anymore how you got there as long as both, you and your baby, are healthy! We really hope this helps! 😊❤️ We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️

What if I twist my nipples off ? Would that help ? They hurt so bad anyways. Feel like they about to fall off any day 😭
@CareAboutLittleOnes3 жыл бұрын
HI there Maryah 😊, in that case, we would rather focus on other tools, particularly reflexology (with a particular focus on the uterus and pituitary gland). However, in that case, it would make sense to do like 30min sessions of reflexology. Effect-wise, it is certainly not as strong as nipple stimulation, but it is definitely better than twisting your nipples off. 😊 That said, please note that nipple stimulation does not need to be very "intense". It is totally sufficient to softly stimulate them with your fingers and some nipple cream or to stimulate them like you would during intercourse. The purpose is to release oxytocin. And for that, soft stimulation is totally sufficient... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

About dates, In the Arab world, they recommend Rutab dates which is a fresh date, it's has a more juicy texture to it. The other dates which is you could find everywhere is dry dates.
@CareAboutLittleOnes3 жыл бұрын
Hi there 😊, thanks a lot for sharing this with us! 😊 In general, we recommend plain dates (i.e. no dried dates). That's because scientific studies only focused on plain dates - and not dried ones. Moreover, dried dates contain way more sugar than plain dates do. When it comes to the kind of dates suitable on the other hand, there are many different dates that seem to do the job. It's good to know that Rutab is what they recommend in the Arab world! Again, thanks for sharing! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby! ❤️

What is the pressure, I feel after doing the figure 8 excersize on my birthing ball for some time? Should I keep going or stop immediately when I feel the pressure? Hello 💚🙂
@CareAboutLittleOnes3 жыл бұрын
Hi there! 😊 In general, we can tell you that in most cases, when a woman feels any pressure down there during the birth ball exercises, it's because their baby puts pressure on something in their pelvis. Figure 8 is special in this regards, because the movements in that figure constantly change the angle of the pelvis for the baby. That said, it very much depends on the position of the baby in the pelvis and also the station of the baby in the pelvis (i.e. engagement), in how far a woman experiences that pressure. So, at the clinic, we would most probably tell a woman that everything is alright because we know their case. However, this is an online setting and therefore, we hope you understand that, unfortunately, it's impossible for us to recommend you continuing these exercises when you feel any pressure or pain because we don't know your case. Therefore, we recommend consulting your provider first before continuing with them. We hope you can understand why... 😬 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby! ❤️

Two questions: Castor oil works best for women who have given birth before - does c section count? Is it true that castor oil could cause the baby to poop meconium in the womb?
@CareAboutLittleOnes3 жыл бұрын
Hi there Leslie 😊, ad 1) Unfortunately no. C-sections do not count (good point, by the way!!) ad 2) We are aware that there are many rumors on the internet that apparently, Castor oil can cause the baby to poop in the womb. However, please note that to date, no scientific study has found a link between Castor oil and baby pooping in the womb. Castor oil is a laxative that causes diarrhea in the mother. As a result, it is hoped that there will be a spillover effect from the intestinal activity on the uterus because the uterus is located right in front of the intestines. As a result, if it were true that Castor oil causes diarrhea in the baby, the same would apply to everything else that causes diarrhea in the mother: spicy food, stress, a stomach bug etc. The reality is this: it can ALWAYS happen that your baby passes meconium in your womb, no matter if you take Castor oil or not. And the longer you go past your due date, the higher is the probability - again, no matter if you drink Castor oil or not. We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby! ❤️
