Hi there! Manila start rate nasa 20k-30k. If you’re starting a career in cost engineering pero with experience na sa construction, use it as a leverage to negotiate for more than 25k. Province rate on the other hand is much smaller, lalo na kung walang experience sa construction industry, nasa 15-25k, but this rate was 2 yrs ago, maybe you can haggle more bro.
