How to build data analysis project using different technologies? Like sql tableau and excel together

Create a database using sql queries, fill it with data, retrieve some data using some advanced sql queries (not so advanced but with joins and this stuff), fetch it and export it as an excel, import the excel data in tableau or powerbi and make visualizations. All this can be done with Python as a vehicle. At the end is just a natter of linking them somehow, if it is in a useful way even better.
