@@nyleajjj They might be it’s a lot of “name a time when…” but if you have an volunteer experience or anything you’ve done at school that might relate to the questions. There’s a video on here that has the exact same questions if you’ve applied for General Merchandise, you can study the questions and be prepare your answers and you get 3 times to perfect your answer so if you didn’t like the first one you recorded you can do a take #2. I got the job just by using one of these answers for my phone call follow up interview. I was scared bcuz I have never had any work experience and I thought that would make them not hire me. But I used one of the answers u provided and the lady i talked to on the phone told me this job sounds like a good fit for me. The next day at 10 am, I received an email saying they’d love to work with me. I am so happy that I finally got a job after so many failed attempts at different places. Thank you so much

They really do ask trick questions like these in the videos. Just be comfortable and laugh, since you can’t smile because you’re wearing a mask. Hi Richard, I’ve really enjoyed watching your videos and appreciate the great content. I’ve been in the insurance industry for 10 years (salesman 3yrs, client support analyst 6yrs, business analyst 1yr) and have always wondered if my lack of a university degree has kept me from progressing/advancing (and ultimately stuck in the $50-60K salary range). I completed a 3 year BA program in 2010 but did not meet the minimum GPA requirements to graduate. How much weight does an interviewer actually place on education for an applicant who has 10 years experience in the corporate world? I would appreciate any insight/advice you could offer. Thank you.

Thanks for your feedback, Henry. I appreciate it. To be truthful, I don't believe many hiring managers will place too much on education, especially if you have so much experience. My advice is to keep trying and the right opportunity will present itself. In my experience, networking is valuable in creating positive connections with people who can recommend you to certain employers or hiring managers. I also recommend considering putting yourself on the books of a high-end headhunting recruitment consultant who will be able to guide you and present opportunities within a higher salary range. In my experience, persistence and determination always win, so I am sure if you really want a higher salary, the opportunity will come soon. Good luck :)

What would you do if a size was out of stock? 2. Why do you want this position? 3. Why are you interested in fashion and interior design? How do you stay on top of trends? 4.Tell us about an experience you had with interior designing and helping someone out with style. 5. Tell us about a time you motivated someone to keep working. I didn’t remember how the questions were exactly worded, but the first one is the exact wording! I hope this helps :)

@@gerardog.7371 1)Tell me about a problem you encountered in your last job and what you did you resolve it? 2)Describe a situation in your life when something changed all of a sudden and you had to adapt? 3)Describe a time when you provided excellent customer service? I do not remember the last question. What I can say is to please look at his 21 question review sheet. They'll ask random questions but will end it with 4 main questions found in the 21 packet. Also you can use the answers from the packet to boost yourself as a more positive and hardworking individual. Talking about school was very helpful and painting yourself in a humble outlook.

So they asked me how I would go about selling a specific item (I believe mine was face wash) how I would approach a guest without selling to them right away, what’s a situation where you made a suggestion to improve quality/quantity or work and a time a persuaded others. And they left out the written response question for some reason the page didn’t let me do one and said I was finished.
