I love how you focus on the interviewer's perspective. It's refreshing to see content aimed at managers.

Thank you for sharing these gems, I'm actually here because I'm being interviewed & I love to study before going into anything. Even if I have the experience, you can still become nervous.

I loved the idea to share some number of soft questions with a candidate to prepare and take stress level down a bit. Subscribing to your channel.

Thank you for this video! I have been trained by other managers in how to conduct interviews, yet I found this video to be more helpful- it organizes the interview process well. I am transitioning to a Full Leadership role next month and will be binging on all your videos during my vacation week. Ty😊

If you are starting a new company, you're totally beginner and solo, who should you hire and and what planning can you do for them?

Very impressive and great videos with amazing content delivery. I always love your body language and way of delivering the speech. Awesome. Keep shining Kara. Please let me know if you are coming to Adelaide for any training course if any in future. I will be happy to get any training from you in a live environment.

I feel like these questions are so widespread and common that you are basically guaranteed to be asked. So everyone just memorizes the right stock answer and that’s all you get. An AI response. That’s what I did to get hired multiple times and it worked. I just don’t get the point of these generic questions

When you are attending an interview consider those who are conducting interviews are inferior in knowledge than you which could help strengthening your confidence even though interviewers are rich in knowledge than you

I always wondered, what happens if we are the first filter of interviews and the interview is by phone. We already sent them the job description with the job duties and benefits by email. Is it necessary to mention them during the call? Also is there a difference 8?
