I also got the job... My tips are to think of your answers for the questions mentioned in this video (better yet right down the KEY POINTS to the questions) and practice them ahead of time either in your head or out loud. For my interview, they didnt include so many of the questions. I answer their questions and TRY( dont force it in) to find an opportunity to fit in your "key points" mentioned in this video. Make sure to prepare your self introduction. ( You do not want to mess up from the start and start feeling anxious) Keep an uplifting attitude, but always professional. In my opinion, it is important to have a good time with the interviewers because that conveys to them that you will also give this impression to their customers. (English is not my native language, I apologize in advance for any grammar mistakes) On January I went to an interview, I did not practice, nor searched for videos about it. I was asked all these questions, obviously I did not answer what they wanted to hear. I did not get the job. I applied to another hotel, which has a better reputation than the first one, which will make it harder to get the job. I found your videos, I practiced them and memorized the answers. Went to the first interview and everything went well, I received another call in the evening to go to a second interview. I did great. Today I received a call, they told me I got the job 🎉🎉. I've always been bad and get nervous at interviews and drew huge blanks but I tried this today after just looking at this video yesterday and I literally got the job offer thanks to this!Thanks a lot! I recommend you write this down and if the interview is done online, there is no excuse to miss as you can just read off it as you get asked each question XD
