I’ve had that happen so many times. I find it incredible how many cosmetics sales women don’t appreciate a skins undertones and give me something with a yellow / warm undertone instead of something pink / cool. Not all fair skin colours are the same 🤦🏼‍♀️

im very cool toned and for some reason every foundation stick i try is super yellow, even if they say cool or neutral. i think something with the formulas they can only make yellowly tones...

Bare minerals and Nars both have cool/pink products that are very fair. I actually used to use Dior as a teen too before Bare and Nars came to Australia as Dior used to be the only brand that did pink toned fair foundations so it’s ironic that they gave her something so bright yellow

try looking into korean foundation, they’re so good and in korea they’re very into undertones

You don't need foundation. Your bare skin is the star of the show!

If you want it a bit more pink maybe add a very subtle amount of blush to it

You can try adding a blue/purple setting powder to cancel out some of the yellow.

I use the Hourglass foundation stick- just because influencers aren’t peddling it as much doesn’t mean it isn’t FABULOUS! Try it! They have alpha-numerics with N(neutral), C (cool), O (olive) and R (ROSY!!) it’s so hard for me to find anything with a true rosy undertone

If the added pink, you would look too red. They were trying to tone down your " pink". It looks great when you blend it
