@@RosskoPeeko It is how the IPhone automatically adjusts exposure that is the issue. It is clumsy and visually poor, whereas with my S23 Ultra for example it is all smooth and seamless and very easy on the eye as it has superior HDR control. If you lock exposure when walking round a car when the light source is behind you for example, wouldn't you have to reset it when you were round the other side of the vehicle facing into the light source?. And try doing this smoothly and seamlessy without a still recording pause feature on an IPhone.

I can't believe I'm listening to a fully grown man complain about having to keep up with his standard maintenance of a car. I own a 2018 st cupra, and if the car needs tires, I get tires! If the car needs brakes and discs, I change them myself. Which is very easy and cheap to do. If you want to know about expenses on a car, go buy any bmw, audi or merc. They will eat your wallet a lot faster compared to a hot hatch. Especially if you're not too concerned about breaking a nail like this, fella.

@Car Focused I used to own a 2018 A6 avant Quattro. Tires wore even, resulting in 4 x 20" tires being required along with front discs and a fuel pump all at once well north of 2,500 grand for one pit stop. You are getting away easy with these costs

Totally agree mate. Audi used warranty a joke as it doesn't cover and wear and tear which includes suspension, air con etc. Basically it covers engine and gear box parts (s long as you keep the Audi service plan) but NOT clutch or water pump which is a common "wear and tear" failure. If you don't want expensive bills then don't buy a hot hatch out of warranty.

Great videos, and feel the same pain here too with an 2018 cupra 300. Costco tyres did a great price on mp4s tyres £600 for 4 and found a local mobile mechanic to replace discs and pads, much cheaper that the dealers, saved 100's. My car was a marshalls approved used and found them to be awful with warranty repairs. My had a major service and told the water pump was leaking and needed changing for about £450. Told them it was under warranty (bought extended) and then it became less of an urgency. Took months to get sorted....so complain and escalate straightaway...keep up the great content 👍

Discs and pads are easily done yourself. Rear will need a diagnostic too to rewind the calipers. My 290 came with the same conti sport contact 5 on the rear as yours did (previous owner kindly put PS4S on the front) had the exact same wheel bearing like noise from the rear. Bought some new Michelins for the back, tyre fitted showed me the old cintis had seriously delaminated on the inside and the inner sidewalls had cracked from the inside out. Tyres are mad expensive in these. Been thinking of getting some 18" wheels for mine. Cheaper tyres, bigger sidewalls for more comfort and cut down road noise

Also don’t get fobbed off with the shock absorbers that’s what they do if the car was not under warranty then they would change their tune about the shocks they would say get them changed straight away because it’s under warranty then they will drag it out until the warranty runs out it’s all a game to them.
